Usually with these things, a company on acquisition will try to indicate when that action is likely to become accretive.

perhaps you lot should research what ‘accretive’ means. it’s to do with eps. until there are earnings, ggp will carry the cost of acquisition and capex, before benefitting, and adding value.

I’m sure it’ll be accretive in due course from where Ggp is. After all, you don’t make acquisitions and all that stuff without looking for economies of scale, alongside increased revenue/profit. Nomatter where the price may go, accretion being unrelated to a share price, it can’t be accretive to the company finances until they enter commercial production.
