I think the key to most of it is what’s so far being built into a FS, and producing and publishing that as a bankable FS. On a debt basis, it is difficult to see with the existing FS preconditions, whatever they are, on the promised 30% capex loan, the existing consortium and others doing other than likely requiring it at this late stage in the process.
