I see both River and Merc and the Pru have been buying big here. Don’t think they are done yet, solid stream of buys today. Hoping to recover some past losses on this one. Looking good at the moment.

It’s in a capital network research note posted a while back on the Genedrive plc website. It’s just their opinion of course. Overall the note suggests we are well undervalued.

Hi Troy. Given the cash available I don’t see any capital raise happening soon or at this level. I would hope that the most likely reason for a capital raise, possibly along the lines you indicate, would be to enable them to gear up for expansion of sales of the HCV test, re launching tb, and possibly development of other tests on the Genedrive kit. I am banking on news of HCV sales etc boosting the sp long before any capital raise is necessary. If and when it comes, and assuming it is done sensibly, any raise to fund expansion would hopefully be well received.

If anyone is just looking in don’t be fooled by the colour of the trades. All the 36.70 and 37p trades are buys.

From memory when large orders have been reported they have included advance payments have they not? My impression is that payment terms have put the risk on the buyer but I might be wrong.

Ticked up .5p on two small buys.

Don’t disagree that there is a sell order in the background. In case anyone is in any doubt, those 36.7 trades this morning are all buys (quoted this price on a dummy trade this morning). On the upside, when the seller clears, and if we continue to attract new buyers, this will re rate imo.

Or even profit!? :-)

Depends what you mean by large block I guess Troy. Let’s not forget that we are up from the mid January low of 27.5p so we know it can rise well on a bit of buying pressure. I am just pleased to see a few more buys appearing (including a few more today) which shows that this is finally getting on a few PIs radar screens. Given the low volume a relatively ‘large block’ of available shares could be gobbled up pretty quickly on news or even just a spurt of buying as this gets more widely known.

Definitely buys Troy - people gradually waking up to the potential here.

With this now almost debt free this is a significantly de risked investment. A bit of a no brainer now. Just need to get the word out and interest more PIs. Doing my best on twitter!

As discussed. Not up to date. The Pru now have over 13% and Amati were up to over 4% as per RNS of 10/5/18, which is not showing here for some reason.

Yep, it’s been flagged for a while and looks a decent deal to me. Disposal of a non core part of the business generating additional cash for the diagnostics business going forward. Reasonable lock in provisions for Dr Booth’s shareholding. First commercial revenues for the HCV kit booked in March 2018. If sales go well we should be set fair.

On the down side some existing revenue streams are coming to an end but this will hopefully be offset by sales of the HCV kit.
