So, I suspect that as I posted last night, he recognised that Selan had SYN over a barrel and that an organised retreat was the only safe, or safest, way out of a total s**t show.....

Way forward? I doubt it - what can you possibly do with $14m of cash that you may not receive for two years? Not a lot methinks.... anything received in the short / medium term is insignificant and will be used to keep the lights on and pay Roland's and board's wages.

Investment advice from the a person who, on this BB, admits to having a record of 100% failure on the only stock he posts on.... who would want your investment advice? Many on here are holding good profits in AEX, (and TRP, He1 for that matter) not, like you RoT 60+% losses and, so we hear, a similar record with the likes of SKS, BISI and ECWO. 😄

Well it may not have a question mark but, to most I would suggest would se it as an open question; What are a listed company's obligations for informing shareholders and how do they relate to revealing sensitive information as part of third party discussions.

Let's face it this is not the outcome LTH's would have wished for BUT it is a lot better than the worst case scenario and the one that we and the BoD were staring in the face; that of Selan "running the clock down" and leaving SYN high and dry and shareholders diluted to oblivion.

If Roland belatedly recognised that this was a real risk, he has done well to get us out of that scenario with some cash "in the bank". I just hope that the timeline to exit is short and that there is a "Plan B" on the horizon. If not, then that $14+m will just get frittered away along with the sp and any remaining shareholder value.

After the License has been awarded, JV in place, Bank funding received, Galactica income "on stream " the sp is above 3.5p and after the BoD have announced an EGM or AGM to enable it, is my estimate; so not before Q1/Q2 2026 - if at all.....

Oh EE I have signed and issued many an NDA..... what is less clear is what a listed company's obligations are regarding price sensitive information and material discussions with third parties and the conflicts between those obligations and third party discussions. I have tried doing "due diligence" on listed companies in the past only to be blocked with the "catch all" that we had to make do with only that information available in the public domain.

FWIW RW I do take your point, but there are boundaries and set limits. If, for example, I wanted to BUY SCLP I could not say "oh Phil, I want to buy your company but before I put in an offer can you first show me all of your trial results to date?"; NDA or not the shareholders would have to be told of the approach and the fact that price sensitive information had been provided to the potential bidder under an NDA.....

So much for PI nonsense about 0.85p next. Seems his 1.0p price target has been reached months in advance of his due date? Surely that can't be true, after all, he is always right isn't he?

RW - no, my point being - if there IS any price sensitive information, the Shareholders and market are entitled to know about it; there is an obligation to let shareholders know - NDA or not. An NDA is a red herring - give the third party that price sensitive information, if it exists but if it does, shareholders are entitled to it also.
