Is that the same deal that you were expecting was going to be announced today with the Trial results EE?

Yes indeed, really disappointing, now down on the day; far more sells than buys. Groundhog day for SCLP - seen this same outcome so many times previously.

It just goes to prove that Trials in themselves count for nothing - they need funding and not just "talk" of options....

I am sure it will come but will it come with more dilution?

Offering 1.8975 and buying at 1.975 for 1 million shares. No price for more than I million.

As you say Wryape, they all had their chance to get in, buy in the dips and average down but, cynical, small minded dogmatism likely blinded them to the opportunity. Arrhh, poor buggers eh?

My recent (last 12 months) purchases now up well over 100% and some up 150%..... 😉

But don't worry Wryape, no doubt prosiciutto will return to educate us all in the error of our ways tomorrow with his hyperbolic, one-eyed pessimism and with 91joyo telling us the sp will be back down to 0.90p very soon. That'll bring us all down to earth eh?!? 🤪

Unfortunately BE it would appear that much of "the market" has a similar view to your own and only if and when that view changes will the sp..... I remain hopeful but also recognise that any change might not arrive soon unless the BoD provide indications that there is reason to believe it.

Maybe EE or maybe it's all about the never ending uncertainties around short / medium term funding? Hence, despite you prediction to the contrary, the lack of any news on this front is more the issue.

The BoD's judgement of what represents shareholders' best interests seems grossly flawed if the sp performance over the last 18 months is anything to go by..... zero credibility..

You may be right FTSEBUYER or there again you may be better off to wait a day or two and get it at yesterday's price..... personally I rarely, if ever "buy on news".

Thankfully a nice tick up upon the open 11.0 - 12.0p spread..... very nice to see it but will it hold this time or will it just get sold into with the absence of any "funding" or "partnership" news?

You may be right Blubay but then again much of that "imminent" discount has already been reflected in the sp fall of recent days. There won't be much more in my view - assuming that our "new" institutional investors won't be forward selling their shares.....

Only two days until the AGM and yet I still have not received a "letter of representation" from any of the three platforms on which I own AEX shares. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

EE 7th July: "I think we’ll get the test results for SCOPE in the next couple of weeks and it is highly likely that a deal on the way forward will be announced at the same time. If that occurs, it will be an instant game-changer for the share price."

Well certainly half right but EE has been telling us for months now to expect a "deal" to be announced with these results but, yet again nothing even alluded to on that front. Though I am not the least bit surprised.

So what will today's trial results do for the sp? If past performance is anything to go by, not a lot.

That is of no great concern for me as the "deal" will come in time and patience is a virtue.

Quite right elegance. I am keeping a small holding to enable me to attend the AGM and give the BoD a good grilling but had sold 95% of my holding a little while back (at 0.024p). I have since made up half of my losses here and would hope to do the same again by Christmas.
