Well Blubay as I am likely to miss today's event I can only hope that someone asks the relevant questions and posts the answers here; otherwise I fear we will remain "in the dark" and the uncertainty will add to the erosion of confidence in the BoD and, hence, the share price....

Well not only have we not been sent "remote" access to the meeting, I haven't been offered any method of actually voting for or against today's motions..... and I know from previous experience that you cannot do so at the Meeting if you have shares in a nominee account.... so I can't influence the vote even if I wanted to.

I wouldn't choose to argue PC, all I ask for is "clarity", which is something that I am increasingly worried that the BoD are seemingly unable, or unwilling, to provide.

There is no link that I am aware of Rupert and has been none previously to my knowledge - though I have always been able to attend in person previously so has not been of any concern.

That is a shame as we really need to know what that £4.5m is actually "buying" us.... if the aggregated investment to date on Galactica (now $14+m ) is still only likely to return us $15m over 5 years that is a pretty lousy shareholder return on capital. So, what "extra" is that £4.5m getting us?

Not sure abot "the end of the day" but, once the dust has settled on the £1m P,I raise I fully expect the sp to start rising. That said, I doubt we will be in a position to judge without knowing fully what the £4.5m being allocated to Galactica is being earmarked for and why BLN has only raised half as much.... presumably they will be going back to the market for further capital? Unless of course some of that £4.5m is designed to increase He1's stake in the project? Though I suspect not as surely if that was their intention the BoD have an obligation to say so?

Blubay, McNol, Toffers, or anyone else, any of you attending the General Meeting today? I have my "letter of representation" but will really struggle to make it, certainly not by 11:00 and it might be all over by 11:15!!

I hope you are right ICB..... I believe you are. And just to prove my conviction, just bought another 75000. That now takes me to a nice round 500,000.

If you are inclined to believe the received wisdom, a MM 1000 trade signals " Don't let it run ".

Picked up another 80k on the open this morning.

I may now re-invest in HEX now he has departed - he is the reason that I exited in the early days and has kept me from reinvesting ever since.

Do you seriously believe that just because he is selling up BSR won't be back here every day exhorting everyone else to do the same? After all, he will be looking for a re-entry!

And maybe we will get one McNol after the new raise has been formally approved on Tuesday..... I am looking forward to some clarity on many fronts and am still optimistic for the shares and my holding but I do think the dust will need to settle on the PI placing before this can start to climb again.

I disagree McNol, that "valuation" would have been a "point in time" valuation and would not, could not, look forward to an event that had yet to happen - even if the terms were then known and the impact calculated - which I seriously doubt.

I fully accept the tenor of your post McNol but have to point out that the PMUR valuation pre-dates the recent cap raise which, as we know will have to be repaid via dilution. The only "unknown" is the scale of the dilution - and that is down to timing and price at that time.

In short, NO, it isn't right production of CO2 is scheduled as part of phase 2 as it requires additional production capability from the Pinon Canyon Plant.
