Current spread for 1,000,000 shares is 0.6426 - 0.675 and 0.621 for 7 million - can't Buy 7 million.

Quite right Benroon, HE1 at 0.65p is a very different proposition from He1 at 2.5p and needs to be assessed on its merits at the time. Personally I firmly believe that at 0.68p (current offer price) it represents a very good opportunity for the medium term. If the sp doubles, or more, over the next 6 months I will reassess and maybe take some risk off the table.

Moreover it is a backward looking analysis and just about all AIM listed shares require an ability for investors to look forward and recognise future grwoth and income potential. Tip Ranks process is incapable of doing that

WIW bigbeasty I don't think we will see this fall to the placing price - this is (at least until the Institutional "lenders" start selling) only a maximum of a 3% placing at 14% discount.... that is totally insignificant. 187m shares in total - on a good day the market good absorb that with minimal effort.

So I have to ask yet again did any of our regular LSE posters actually attend the AGM? If so was there any discussion of what the £4.5m earmarked for the Galactica project was to be used for? What does that additional $6.2m actually look to provide over and above the original aim of "production in H1 2025"? And why are He1 raising twice as much as BLN?

No, they won't - read the offer and you will see that the max placing will be 187,187,187 shares.....

It's only 3% of the issued share cap, 187m shares only - it will certainly be oversubscribed. I have personally applied for the equivalent of 4 million. It doesn't take many more people to do the same; 45 actually.... that'll be exceeded easily in my view.

And pjmcgra the spread was 0.65 - 0.68p at "the close". That was until the RNS at 4.31 which stated that the offer for the new raise was at 0.54p. That was wat dropped the price not "manipulation" - the MM's were responding to the news.
