Looking back on the recent data from the SCOPE Phase 2 trial, it’s clear that the iSCIB1+ Immunobody® has the potential to shift the treatment paradigm for advanced melanoma.

By way of reminder, the combined overall response rate for iSCIB1+ was 69% (46 out of 67 patients in Cohorts 1 and 3) for target HLA type patients, representing 80% of total patients - greatly exceeding the 48-50% for standard of care.

The 12-month progression-free survival was also markedly improved, with a 20% increase over standard of care. The disease control rate was 88.0% and complete response rate 17.9%.

What’s next?

👉 We are accelerating planning to move to the next phase of development, a registrational study, an adaptive Phase 2b/3 study in metastatic melanoma.

👉 Further results on progression free survival, and early overall survival data, from Cohorts 1 and 3 during the latter part of this year.

👉Early data from Cohort 4 is due around the end of this year.

👉Given the activity across multiple checkpoints, and that we believe this product will work even better in earlier stage disease, we're also exploring the possibility of going into the earlier settings of the neoadjuvant/adjuvant population.

Let's put it this way london. Typically, if there are a lot of buyers the MM's will (eventually) be caused to raise the price until they have sufficient sellers to meet the demand from buyers. Currently MREX could have up to 200 million buy orders a=without needing to do anything to the price, they have access to more shares than they can shake a stick at....

I would not disagree Toffers BUT the TG will be as interested and invested as anyone else to see the outcome of any and all forthcoming appraisal activity before plunging in with further capital....

McNol, currently we have had £2m more than we had a month ago and and additional £9m of debt. So the balance sheet hasn't really changed that

much. Moreover with that £9m "overhanging" the market I cannot see the sp ticking up markedly without some serious change in operational activity. We need Galactica progress and, or, appraisal activity at Rukwa to get this moving, I believe.

Whilst today's "conversion" was not totally surprising, personally it is a little disappointing; though with only 12 months to "convert", I suppose they were going to start at some point - I just had expected them to wait a little longer; indeed until that operational activity referred to above. Though as I have suggested previously, "lenders" are not risk takers and they have now taken 10% of their risk off the table. What will they need to see to feel comfortable? Will we see similar moves on a monthly basis?

That can surely come as no great surprise? After all, the MM's know where to go for up to 200m shares whenever they need it. Unfortunately I fear that this "overhang" and, potentially, the remaining £9m will keep a lid on the sp for a while. Even if the remaining CLN do not get converted for quite a while.

I am on hold at present and really don't need this crap BUT HY, you really have demonstrated that either you know nothing about AEX/ARA and Ruvuma or, more likely, you just don't actually care and are determined simply to spread malicious disinformation.

So you say "Orca has a better PSA, and are allowed to sell gas to the private sector." Well you have already demonstrated that you do not even understand the details of the Ruvuma PSA and now, more importantly, that you are either totally ignorant of, or have evidently chosen to ignore, that fact that ARA/AEX also are able to sell Gas to the private sector (and condensate for that matter) - indeed the TPDC are only obliged to take 60 of the first 140 Scuffs per day of gas from Ruvuma and the Partnership will be selling all excess to the Private sector...

But hey, enough. Knock yourself out HY..... You always have held a fixed and negative bias of AEX and, no doubt, always will.

Oh and just to highlight how different the arrangements were, a point to note was that whilst AEX were receiving circa $3.6 per mcf at Kiliwani M&P, ORCA , WEN etc were receiving circa $8-9 per mcf...... so NO, trying to draw analogies between the two scenarios evidences flawed logic, in my view.

I don't believe that Roland is a "crook" by any stretch of the imagination. He was just totally wrong to put all of shareholders' eggs in the CCS basket. This last disastrous "twist" is just the final nail in the coffin and marks both his and our own death knell. He was a bloody fool who really did not understand how to run an AIM listed company for the benefit of shareholders.... SYN became his own lifestyle and vanity project, grossly overinvested (financially and emotionally) in the CCS myth....

Except that HighYield is making assumptions about the Ruvuma PSA and drawing parallels between that and those of M&P, ORCA, WEN etc NONE of whom were selling Gas at "wellhead" and all of whom (along with TPDC) contributed towards the considerable costs of infrastructure and development beyond the wellhead; including pipeline and production facilities. AEX/ARA are party to NONE of those and consequently attempting to presume that the terms of AEX /ARA Ntorya PSA mirrors that of WEN/ORCA/M&P is, frankly, ill judged in my view.

It may indeed do, but is just as likely, if not more so, to be completely different.
