If it's good enough for Diggle its good enough for me. No longer have a "nice round" 500,000 but now a very awkward 550,000.... will have to look to round that number out at some point soon. Though feeling a little "top heavy" even now.....

Eau - if they convert today at circa 0.50p they would have circa 200 million shares to sell into the market - if they wait until the sp has risen and conversion was at, say, 1.0p they would only have to sell 100 million, at 2.0p, 50 million etc - which would be a far easier proposition and less likely to erode their 20% discount.

They are not going to "buy and hold" as "lenders" are not generally "risk takers" so it would be a convert and sell strategy at this stage of proceedings but would they be able to get the shares away and maintain their discount? No. However after the Appraisal activity and more is known about the commerciality of the project, holding shares becomes far less risky; at that point they may well choose to convert and hold or, convert at what will then be a far higher sp / market cap, sell into a stronger market with fewer shares when they could more easily get them away without destroying their discount.

If by "consolidation" you mean a higher sp and market cap, then yes - if you mean a share consolidation of, say, 10:1 , then no - it makes not a blind bit iof difference.

If the convertible loan note holder chooses to convert and sell into the market immediately it makes no difference whatsoever when they choose to do it - the only benefit of converting early is if they choose to "buy and hold" for a future sp rise. £1m of shares is £1m of shares whenever they convert. The relevant question is whether they will be able to sell those shares in the market and maintain their 20% discount? That is far more likely with fewer shares and in a strong market..... so they would be better off waiting.

No-one will forward sell until they know how many they have to sell and they won't know that until they "convert"..... it is price and time dependent. If they sell today they may find they don't have sufficient shares when the conversion occurs.... if the price goes up they will be buggered.

I received 48% in each of two accounts and for differing quantities - I applied for £16k in one account and £6k in another.

So Yugo why aren't those same millions being sold now, or yesterday? Again why would I be waiting until Monday if the sp is going to be lower then? What happened to your statement about forward selling? You can't have it both ways..... forward selling or no forward selling?

Have been offered 0.631p for 1 million and 0.628p for 6 million. And yet we are down 5% today according to Yugo...... 🙄

Dear oh dear, if you actually took the time to look you would see that the 0.60 - 0.65p spread that we see now was the same as the closing spread last night. The only reason it shows as being down 5% is because there was an after hours UT trade at 0.66p......

But hey, I will leave you to your ignorance.

AS for 0.54p on Monday? I doubt it because as you say, why wait 'til Monday to sell at below 0./60p if you can forward sell today at 0.62p?

Besides which, if you are right there will be many that will be looking to make up for being cut down by 52% on the placing.

One of many over recent days - that to me is a very positive signal and happy with my holding and, even more so, my recent purchases at 0.54p 😉

Though the coverage also focused on "personalised" treatments.

This particular set of trails was covered on this morning's Today programme - stating that, subject to trials, they could foresee these treatments being adopted as treatments within a 1 - 2 year period.

Folio there were a handful of trades of a similar size yesterday too (£49k). Maybe someone stake building or a small cap fund investing?

I would suggest $2 -3m each but that makes an awful lot of assumptions.

And how many of those do you think turn up here to read yours and my thoughts RJ? Oh and besides if they did tat 12 months ago they would have been very well advised to listen to my "scare mongering" thoughts wouldn't they? Actually, if they actually read my posts they would see that I thought it was likely to rise over the Pipeline and Rig announcement RNS's but hey that is presumably an inconvenient detail eh?

And what apologies will you be giving them if the sp were to slide over the next 6 months having told them that it is going to continue to rise incessantly?

Also do remember RJ that I am still a sizeable shareholder and certainly would not be if I thought any potential slide was going to be precipitous.

But deep as McNol suggested and is certainly true, Production wells cost a fraction of the price to drill as exploration wells.
