I wouldn't argue with much of that Burble though I do think you are being a little harsh with your comments regarding "business acumen" after all the BoD were switched on enough to sign that deal with Genmab so I do believe that it is far more associated with your second suggestion - up until very recently the Company had not progressed any of their products sufficiently to be able to monetise or commercialise them. Indeed it could be argued that they still haven't; the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Secondly, regarding the "lack of focus"? Maybe, but of course a narrower product range would, or could, prove more costly in the long term - a story of having too many eggs in one basket? I have experience in another Biotech who certainly did have exactly that - too narrow a range of products none of which eventually made it into commercial production and after a succession of funding rounds. Needless to say they are no longer around and nor is my investment. An eight or nine year journey into oblivion.

An interesting interview and broadly very positive. Not a lot in terms of short expenditure of the new acquisition, certainly hot whilst prioritising Topaz drill programme but, then again, production from Topaz not anticipated until mid/late 2027 at best.

AS was commented on at the time BLN are currently going through a fund raise to kick off production activity at Galactica; however that fund raise will only be signed off by shareholders on 17th (from memory). After that we will get a schedule of activity and some target completion dates. I would be very surprised to find that the JV partners have been sitting on their hands over recent weeks awaiting the outcome of the shareholder vote (he1 have cash galore) so, upon a successful vote (an inevitability), we will hear what the y have been up to and what we should be seeing before Christmas.

So only a couple of weeks to wait and, in the meantime we may get news of the formal signature of Rukwa license and timeframe for ESP.

I expect the expectation of that newsflow to keep the sp flat, at worst, in the meantime CLN conversion or no CLN conversion.

Where and why does this continuous drip of sells come from and why oh why are they selling now? Surely now is the time to be holding at the very worst, if not buying more? It seems the company can never maintain any upward momentum; any and all sp rises are forever sold into. It beggars belief.

The company have themselves admitted that they are now on a "tight schedule" to get that drill done in the allotted window. I wonder quite how tight that window is and what wiggle room they still have left? Anyone care to hazard a guess? If we do not hear anything concrete in the next couple of weeks I fear people may start to lose faith in a Q4 drill; with obvious consequences.

Oh and Kievsky I put my SELL signal on SYN when I decided to sell, just as I put BUY when it was I was buying it. It is not a "recommendation" but simply an indicator of my current personal viewpoint.

Au contraire Stas, exploration companies are exactly "my thing", I hold several and have held many over the last 15+ years - that is exactly why I am interested in the detail and not just the headlines.

We will not get detail of the license until we have "acquired" it - and that has not yet happened.

I would agree that there is no "automatic" additional development cost - unless, of course, the license granted over the new acreage involves development obligations in the near term and before the company have been able to get Topaz to production. If that is the case it will create a cost obligation over and above current cash demands. That, plus, as you highlight, the usual operational risk.

However you don't make any money without taking onboard cost and risk, so I am not at all against it.

I top sliced most of not all of those long ago Toffers. Indeed it is the "profit" that I banked then that is keeping my head above water now - Just!

The only potential downside is the ongoing development costs of the acreage. Until and unless Pulsar has a regular, substantial a future income stream, development will incur considerable costs that will be paid from debt or dilution.

I bought more yesterday and will look to increase over coming months as liquidity allows.

That is not true if they can buy the stock from the CLN holders "off market".

Furthermore is you are looking to build a sizeable position, you buy it when the market is weak not when the sp is on the rise as accumulating then will simply drive the sp through the roof.... currently they can acquire large tranches without affecting the price.

It would require a multitude of "conspirators" to hide a 30% "concert party" when there is a 3% ceiling, before it becoming noticed and those (concert parties) as I am sure you know are illegal! As indeed is breaching the "Rule of 6".......

30% is the threshold at which they are required to make a BID or make a statement that it is not their intention. Oh and by the way 30% is 198 billion not 2.2 bn.

No Toffers, take another look. Any holding above 3% (or 5% dependent on nature of the company / individual holding the position) needs to declare their interest and any additional increase in that holding of more than 1%.

Well if a takeover is on the cards I am sorry to tell you McNol that, historically successful takeovers of AIM listed companies are normally concluded at between 130 -150% of sp at the time of the offer..... so, I rather hope it is that latter of the two options you pose. Moreover I cannot believe that a takeover offer would appear before the ESP work has been completed nor is there likely to be any significant price sensitive news.

Further thoughts: I cannot see there having being any significant stake building as a TR1 would need to be released at anything above 3% and that would require only 200 million shares. Secondly I cannot that even if an offer did appear the BoD would recommend accepting it, not least because they themselves do not make any money whatsoever until the sp rises above 6.0p....

So no, no BID likely in my view, more likely the case of holdings being built at low prices from Funds and investment managers.

Drill tender, yes, I believe you are right. I think anything concerning the pipeline is already in the price but confirmation of the rig tender should move the sp IF (a big if) it also gives a clue for a date, in the near term, for CH1 spud. The Rig contract is an inevitability, the big uncertainty and the more price sensitive information, is the date that it will be used; in my view at least.
