Mmmm, maybe EE but at the end of the day a capital gain is a capital gain, taxed or not taxed - you don't pay tax on a loss......

It will be interesting to see if the selling continues? It is difficult to understand where the seemingly non-stop supply of sells and sellers continues to come from. Surely by now you would have expected that transfer of shares from the impatient to the patient to have completed by now? The "traders" only represent a small proportion of the share capital.

A vote of confidence , without a doubt but not necessarily a precursor to a guaranteed sp rise...... I followed Diggle into a load more shares at circa 11.0p and look at it now. 😖

I certainly take your point Ssccss but then I have also been in two AIM stocks who have had a CLN facility (or more than one) where they have turned out very well and 0.30p look s a very cheap entry point. I was once in there previously at between 0.20 - 0.25p and managed to multi bag so believe there is a similar possibility now - and, if it goes "tits up" no great problem as I have already banked good profits there over the last two years.

Mine is a similar story chase1 - I have sold up here (maybe just temporarily) and invested elsewhere and, coincidently. one of those alternatives is also He1 Global. Have already been in and out of TRP four times since June making 20 - 30% on each occasion (back in now at 0.032p) and medium to longer term holdings in SCLP and AEX. It is pointless waiting around here for a multi bagger, imo, better to look elsewhere and review SYN again in 2026.

D that 7.5% will have only represented their "net" position - so there will have been more buyers on the book than that - simply that many of those will have been offset by shorts. Unto of course they got "stopped out"!

Kashdog in truth I don't have any real concerns as, for me, this is a longer term play and day to day movements are fairly irrelevant in the longer term. However that delayed trade did bloody annoy me and added somewhat to an already acute bout of "buyers remorse"! 😖😉

That said it never ceases to amaze me where this continual drip of sellers comes from - over the course of the last 6 -12 months you would think that anyone not already sold up would now be holding firm for the up and coming series of trial results and, who knows , the considerably greater potential that they may trigger. Yes many (including me) have stated that the sp will not do much here until the funding questions and JV options have been firmed up BUT surely that cannot now be far away and why, if you had been holding 1.6 million shares (or more) until this week, would you be cutting and running now? It is perplexing.

In my experience BB notifications to Companies House take weeks if not months to be reflected through the "portal".

Let's hope that our illustrious leader Phil can pull a rabbit out of the hat next Thursday. I will be travelling in France all of next week and hope that I will be able to access the webcast to see what he has to say.

No WTO, my misgivings only began after my purchase - one that I now regret - after seeing that delayed sale of 600k at 8.6p; had that trade been published when it took place (an hour before I purchased more) I would have waited..... the "deception" of delayed trades.

This morning's tick down was an inevitability with the MM's awash with stock and still talking more sells..... depressing.

The reason that I could have bought a seemingly never ending quantity at the BID price now becomes evident. I.6 million having been reported sold in the last 24 hours..... unsettling really at what was expected to be such a pivotal moment in company's development. What should we be reading into it?

Actually NT1 might end up being the biggest positive, as the workover could well result in some big bonus numbers.

Anyway it is all speculation and it will be interesting to see how it all pans out. I genuinely hope your forecasts prove to be on the money Prospero but I personally think they are somewhat optimistic.
