Do bear in mind that (currently) our illustrious Board Members all have share options at 6p..... they won't want a takeover at any price below that and I reckon that there is a long way to go before we are at those levels. That said, I do expect there to be another significant option award soon and at a lot lower price post this most recent heavy dilution - on or shortly after Galactica Production and a successful Itumbula ESP evaluation.

Personally Watchouse I would not read too much into the recent placing and any subsequent MM activity - the placing was relatively insignificant both in value, volume and at a low(ish) discount.... It didn't make much of a difference at the time of the announcement and I don think that the shares becoming effective next week will have a material impact. The interlude between the RNS and the shares becoming available will not have made any difference to buyers, or indeed any forward sellers; indeed you could argue that the small pull back in the sp prompted people to take advantage of it to buy more, in which case why will next week's entry change things?

News is what it needs.

Watchouse, you say "One more week to get over before we restart the upward movement." on what objective basis do you make that assertion? Or is that just your "inkling"?

Uncertainty over, RJ (regarding CLN at least)? And an uninterrupted run up to production at Galactica. The biggest question mark now surrounds the results from the ESP trials at Itumbula methinks - if that is positive all looking good here...... with recent dilution it is difficult to see what the impact of that might be on the eventual sp but a MC of £250m must surely be possible (we have been there before) which, in turn should translate into an sp of 2.50 or thereabouts.

Wonders will never cease, I am now in "Blue" territory on all of my recent purchases; even the placing at 0.54p after buying again in the 0.40s and 0.30s.... and with no uncertainty about short term raises or dilution.... Even if it settles a little lower than 0.43p I am very comfortable with the current position.

What's not to like?

I tend to agree to a point Howtofish BUT if there is to be any finger pointing, that ought to be in the direction of the He1 BoDs' advisers methinks.... they ought to have known the likely effect of a protracted CLN conversion process - less so the BoD.

And I wonder if there were any forward sales of shares now cancelled? They will have to buy them back....

Blubay, maybe today's RNS goes someway to explaining why at the last raise He1 raised £4.5m for Galactica whilst BLN only raised $2.5m.....? BLN had never intended buying the plant necessary for production; they were always looking to lease it?

The idea is a non-startwr as far as I am concerned and for a multitude of reasons. Firstly it defies the original logic in their taking a stake in the first place - AEX listing allows the company to raise risk capital for exploration and development that carries projects to a point where ARA can then take them over for a song - just like Ntorya.

Secondly, if they were to have done so, why now? They could have bought AEX for a pittance 2 years ago but didn't, so why would they do so now.

Thirdly they have been and continue to be supportive of AEX in many ways and there is no reason to suggest that is likely to change anytime soon.

Amazed that the sp didn't tick up with todays trading - one way traffic!

Surely comes as no surprise after the re-emergence of JungleVIP and SW....?

Oh and one other thing the 1.78p is probably an "average price" for the whole amount, with some trading slightly above or below that figure.

That 26 million trade was eventually executed at 15:53 with a trade price of 1.78 but the likelihood is that the MM's will have been working that trade for hours, if not overnight, so it is impossible I think to tell whether that is in fact a Buy or a Sell. If it had been a buy I would agree, how did the sp stay fixed at 1.75 - 1.80? Hence I suspect it was a Sell. Even perhaps a "forward" sell? But hey, I am guessing as everyone else is.

So having been conspicuous by their absence during the recent sp "doldrums" I note the re-emergence of both SW and Jungle-VIP today. All the evidence you need to plan ahead for a short term sp "spike".....

Hello again Prospsero, I fully accept that if there were both 72m and 177m shares created your version of events is correct; though it is still not clear to me from the wording of the RNS whether the 72m that Eclipse "convert" are part of, or additional too the 177m? If you are right then please accept my apologies.

That then raises a separate question - why does the BoD need £2.95m to get us through to production September 2026? Typically, overheads recently have been running at circa £1.5m pa and the remaining loan facility of $1.5m was anticipated to be sufficient to get us to production in Q3 next year..... My assumption was that some of that £2.95m was to repay the outstanding loan so if not, what is it needed for? Or is the period that that cash needs to cover longer than Q3 /4 2026 and was anticipated at the AGM??

Oh but still think that paying off the loan was a good idea.
