RE: Yes the share price is down...28 Oct 2025 11:17
Ben, I totally agree with McNol's message in the second paragraph - there are natural resistance levels with all stocks and those resistance levels are created for both technical and more esoteric reasons; even such things as trivial as whole numbers, or in the case of He1 currently, a significant milestone like getting through 0.50p can become something of a psychological barrier. These can and often are broken through eventually but it typically requires a number of attempts and some trading momentum. Eventually the once perceived "ceiling" can eventually become the "floor".
As regards McNols first paragraph am not sure that I wholly agree. My view is that yes there wasa fundamental underlying weakness created by uncertainties and obfuscation around the reason for Galactica delays, why they were not announced oir explained (even now) in good time and the seeming funding anomalies / differences between the BLN and He1 fundraises ($2.5m versus £4.5mfor Galactica) but it cannot be denied in my view that raising using a CLN issue was a serious and unnecessary mistake. The only question, which we are unlikely ever to get an answer for, is whose mistake? He1 BoD or our "advisers" - I know where my vote would go and it is largely in the direction of the fee earning advisers and MM's....
That said it is not our advisers fault that created the aforementioned uncertainties - the board could easily have clarified the reasons for Galactica delays and the anomaly between the BLN and He1 raises but, so far, have chosen to remain tight lipped about both. Something that I will be raising at the, soon to be held, AGM....
