JB has already stated that Development license is NOT contingent on C1 drill but that still leaves a lot to be "imagined". Officially maybe not but without the flow attributable to NT3 would TPDC go ahead and start putting in a pipeline? What would a failure of NT3 drill mean to the commerciality, timescales and logistics of the 8 drill development? So NR and JB saying the same thing?! About time ;0)

It sure will vike BUT will that fully transfer into increased sp / MC? To some extent yes I am sure it will, but I very much doubt if it will fully translate � for � into MC; not until after the Development license approval and Solo themselves look to capitalise on their asset value and only then if they choose to pay it out in special dividend.

I would not disagree with you bluffmaster; I would not be at all surprised if this is the floor, however I do think that until we get the NT3 spud date there is not a lot that will get this moving appreciably upwards. Yes of course I hope that HH flow rates will do the trick bbut as trrime has often pointed out and as both CP and I have moaned about, that last dilution means that there is likley to be some 57 million shares that will be coming back to the market once we get into the high 3's.... will HH be enough of a catalyst to enable the market to soak up 57 million shares? I hope so but I am not convinced and even if so and HH does take them higherhow long will it lat? There are hoards of people on this board that have effectively said that as soon as they get to break even they will be bailing out..... I am happy to admit that I sold more than half of my holding at the time of the recent dilution and will not be buying back in again until after the NT3 spud date is announced. Unless the 25 Development License approval comes first. And there is the risk..... I may miss out.

Good gracious me, do you actually know anything abut the comany that you are invested in? You just have to read the RNS's willowpillow. See 28th February release "Accordingly, the Company will allot and issue 57,142,857 new ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Fundraising...." Got it now?

And trrime if what you say about there being paid posters they are surely paying posters to post positively too? As a broker I dont care of the trades are Buys or Sells. With a large tranche of SELLs overhanging the market the Seller will go direct to MM's and cut out the brokers. The mM's therefore so care whether the sp goes up or down as it is only when the sp reaches a certain price that they can access that large volumes of shares

Yes trrime but do bear in mind that as they have a BB for every quoted share they are fairly ambivalent about which share goes up or down.... If the Broker has an interest in a position it is even more profitable.

You are right about the Brokers too. That is exactly one of the things that Beaufort got killed on. They got paid by companies in shares for arranging placings and loans etc. Then they ramped the shares and sold their own shares to their clients..... And then charged them brokerage fees for the priviledge

No trrime I agree, the MM's will not take a large position in a share, particularly a very illiquid one and certainly not over a reporting period or period when there is expected to be news.... that could all go horribly wrong.

Also with you on that trrime, though maybe the news relates to AEX's farm-out. Even that would give a good boost for Solo's sp, assuming it is at a good price.... somewhere between 3 and 4 million per percent I would hope.

It is, of course great to see Solo moving up; though I tend to agree with trrime regarding there being an overhanging tranche of shares in the market...... It will be interesting to see what, if anything happens when the bid gets above 3.50p say 3,75p on the bid. Maybe the MM's are moving the price to access that overhanging tranche; they dont make any money unless there is two way trading and, as trrime observed there is and has been very little by way of volume in recent weeks. A good price "spike", based on some news, will give them the opportunity to sell the tranche in to any significant buying volume.

I would agree with the "one trick pony" assertion - if by "one trick" you mean Tanzania - but they do have Nyuni as well as Ntorya (Ruvuma) and Kiliwani to develope. Solo do have UK assets but it must be true to say that the vast proportion of Solo's assets are also in Tanzania, Kiliwani, Ntorya (Ruvuma) and Helium. I would add though that a greater number of AEX's assets are closer to monetisation than Solo's. Solo have KN, Ntorya and HH - AEX have KN, Ntorya and Nyuni and far larger %ages of those assets than Solo and, moreover, H1 and IOW are a long way from monetisation. But that is a minor point. I hope that both companies benefit hugely from Ntorya and Kiiwani South. Both companies' principle assets and both close to monetisation. HH monetisation may be close but is relatively small potatoes by comparison.

I am sure you believe that trrime but you cannot claim that he has not given out many snippets of informtaion that subsequently proved to be a load of rubbish; which case if not deliberate were simply foolhardy. He is either manipulating information (and shareholders) for his own ends or he is naive and (if you believe he was being fed rubbish by JB) childishly gullible.... Which is worse? JB has learned from past mistakes; he does NOT make commitments to timescales and deliverables that are beyond his control, he learned from AEX's KN1 GSA experience (the TPDC work at their own pace and they themselves are controlled by Tanz Govt). That is why he chooses NOT to give his shareholders false hope and put both AEX and the TPDC under unnecessary scrutiny and criticism. At long last and not before time it appears that NR has finally learned the same lesson.

And trrime, of course NR has never TOLD you to keep the information off the bulletin boards, that was always left "unsaid" - he wanted you to be the purveyor of misinformation.

No trrime AEX do NOT want to keep things under wraps; as I have stated on many many occassions, it is the TPDC that want to keep things under wraps; or at the very least want to control the production of that news. The fact that you do not want to believe or accept that I cannot do anything about.... When the same happens with Helium 1 the penny might drop, at long last......

No trrime, I for one will vouch for that. I do not think and nor ever have thought that your posts were anything but genuine - my only commnet would be that some of the information that NR has fed you over that period has been anything but genuine. Whether on his part that was deliberate or not is more open to question. If I tell someone something "in confidence" knowing full well that it will end up all over the BB's I can say pretty much anything I like knowing that I will never be criticised or questioned directly on it.... Until, as happened recently, both Camarco and, I suspect AEX told him to keep his mouth shut.

I don;t think it as bad as you suggest grumpy; the Helium1 IPO should provide sufficient for the forthcoming drill and Solo will not be required to contribute further and both HH and Ntorya Development should be covered by the recent drawdowns on Riverfort Loan and the recent funraise, both of which were "justified" as providing necessary capital cover the next six months overheads. They also have another $3.5 million loan facility to use when necessary. The above should mean that we get beyond NT3 drill and 25 yr Dev License before another dilution is required to pay off the loans. Here's hoping anyway.....

Agreed reaction, using a Gas analogy, the gas in the ground is worth nothing until there has been a drill sunk to "prove up" the seismic based estimates. Moreover, as we have discussed here recently regarding Ntorya, even then you need a route to market and a Gas Service Agreement and/or the 25 Year Development License to give it a commercial 2P reserves rating before it is likely to be fully reflected in the sp. Now we know how long that can take when dealing with the Tanzanian authorities. Do you think that our illustrious leader will be any better at that than Aminex....? He will certainly need to learn to keep his mouth shut or he will run the risk of blowing the lot.
