The only people to make any money out of the last four "mini spikes" were the market makers.... If I were them I would be "creating" my own. Anticpating everyone thinking the same thing; "Ooh look the RNS news is leaking better I jump on board..." This has happened four times in recent weeks only for it to prove a false dawn.

One day it will actually happen but by then the MM's will have "cried Wolf" too many times for people to swallow it.

Just playing the odds methinks..... likely to be more buys then sells over the next 48 hrs just "in case". If there is no news before close on Friday you can bet your bottom dollar that they will quickly reverse it before Monday morning (Unless there is a Monday RNS of course)

Whatever they may have paid is something of an irrelevance DPL, the issue is what best to do with the money in the short term? If you think you can double your money elsewhere whilst the sp here does nothing, better to move it and then reinvest £4k in Solo at a later date...

Particularly if you believe that the License Extension and the contingent AEX EGM circular will miss the anticipated date..... If that date is missed there will be plenty of time to buy back in at a lower price.

I don't think so TT, there is nothing that they would know that should not be "public" information and the results of the drill are always in doubt to some extent. In theory the company could be drilling every 2-3 months - based on your logic they would never be able to BUY shares in that scenario.

Certainly not by me; what did I say a few weeks ago? Words to the effect that "unless they were sure the BoD would be better saying nothing". I still stand by that. If they do miss that Friday "expectation" then they do deserve all the brickbats that get thrown their way as the sp will take a bit of a kicking in my view.

But, yet again I wil wait and see what happens BUT "more in hope than expectation"....

And it is also very reasonable to assume that any timing that relies 100% on the TPDC or Tanzanian authorities sticking to a plan may very well not be met.

You would "assume" that anyone that reiterated three times that an event would happen would be sure of their assertion. They were let down by the Tanzanian Authorities - they may very well be let down again.

So assume away Drewky but anyone that acts on your assumptions would be reckless to do so after the lessons of both the dim and distant and very recent history. Your assumption is as much of a "hope" as it is "reality" and is a 50:50 at best. I could come up with umpteen similar hypotheses that were just as likely. However I would rather just wait and see rather than speculate on hypotheses....and most people will be doing the same.

Tanzania, I have been an AEX shareholder since 2009; I have no intention of "flopping out" now. Moreover it is through understanding the situation and being reconciled to it that I have total peace of mind; but thank you for you consideration all the same..

You can "assume" what you like Drewky. As you repeatedly reminded everyone on this BB Drewky this is the same BoD that had confirmed three times since the AGM that the EGM would take place before the end of November. That was the basis of your confidence that they surely would not say that of it wasn't going to happen.

Thankfully over the many years that I have been an AEX shareholder I have learned not to rely on anything the BoD says that is contingent on the TPDC or Tanzanian authorities delivering anything.

And which, by the way, is the reason I am STILL not convinced of this "end of November" circular revelation.
