You are quite right Edgar, apologies, reading it again my post was not well worded. To try again what I meant to do was to respond to highlandmatt's post where he asks "Does that mean the gas is exhausted in that compartment and replaced by water?"....

Based on the statements made and conversaions led at the AGM my expectation is "more than likely" as, to repeat my words from that earlier post;

"water being present as JB has mentioned it before and water ingress into the reservoir - though never to the extent of it. He has even mentioned the use of "foam" to dry out the well."

For which reason I personally think that the statement may have left suitably vague, thereby enabling people to get unnecessarily excited at the prospects of condensate and other liquids. Though condensate would be no surprise at all, as we were readily producing it until the pressures in the well dropped too low to extract it.... Will those pressures now be high enough to return to condensate production?

I am not at all surprised at the reference to water being present as JB has mentioned it before and water ingress into the reservoir - though nevercto the extent of it. He has even mentioned the use of "foam" to dry out the well.

As dunder says the reference to a water column is (deliberately?) vague and clarification is required. Fortunately now less than three weeks to the EGM. Another question to add to the already extensive list.

Dunder "questioned me specifically".... If you were to go back and check that I think you would find that I was not aiming that at you. If I did, or of that is how it came across, then I apologise, it was not intended.

I will go and dig it out myself and check but I currently don't have the time or opportunity (travelling) and am unlikely to have until for a day or two.

I was indeed repeating JB's words and, yet again, if you read my first post carefully you would notice that I did say that you had to take what JB said with a pinch of salt. But carry on railing dunder, see if I care.

Oh fwiw dunder, my comments some days ago suggesting that people who did not realise that anything that AEX did was always contingent on the TPDC and the govt should not be investing in small O&G companies wasn't actually aimed at you. But no matter... take it or leave it.

We may well be in a positive position Drewky but it is based on one fundamental assumption - the assumption that the License Extension will appear before the 31st March. If we do not see that we are NOT in a positive position, we are in deep doo-doo.

After this continued delay in the approval of that license extension are you 100% confident that will happen? Even if so, I am sure there are many shareholders that do not share your confidence. I am sufficiently confident to keep those shares I have but not sufficiently confident to be buying more (irrespective of their share price).

And I believe that many other potential buyers will have similar thoughts and why take the risk until and unless the BoD can offer greater assurance than we have so far seen or until the risk has been removed and the License is in place. Of course that probably means those that sit on the fence will pay more than those that dive in early but many will believe that is a premium worth paying.

Why don't you listen to the interview Dunder? That way you might not need to waste everyone's time reading your vacuous comments.

Drewky I have come back to admit that I cannot find the reference (re EFM and License Extension) that I remember; it was not an RNS but an interview (circa late October) with either Zak Mir or Vox markets in which he made that statement. I remember commenting on it at the time. So I will happily concede the point Drewky.

As regards the "re-charge" of the basin? Having listened to all of the JB interviews since the AGM that are still available (or that I can find!) I can tell you that if you go to the Proactive interview from the 29th of August, JB specifically states there that the basin has recharged. Indeed he says quite a lot about the whole remediation programme, which I will admit had somewhat faded from my memory of late (somewhat buried under the fog of delayed expectations) and which (if you trust what he says) is very encouraging; he did say that he expected the stuck valve to be fixed in a couple of days and that we would be producing gas again before the end of the year's so it has to be regarded with some scepticism. But, that aside, very positive.

See if I care CP as far as I am concerned the damage is done. That fact is, that your allegation is false however you may choose to justify your comments.

Even if I do choose to buy more Solo or AEX at some point in the future it would not make one iota of difference to the comments I put on this or any other board and it never has. For one so sensitive about being similarly accused I am surprised and disappointed that you fail to see or understand that.

But no matter. What is done is done. And now Drewky has done it again... :-)
