No update SirRobert, no. Why would you need an update from me? All the regulars have interpreted the runes and summarised it all perfectly. With the farm-out now a done deal there is absolutely no reason why we won't get the License Extension immediately, the TPDC claim will now be miraculously lifted and we will start getting paid again, KN1 perforation is underway and once the "claim" has gone we can start to earn some money too. Oh and there is still a remote chance that we will get the C1 spud in before Christmas.

So now that I have told you all exactly what you wanted to hear can I join the "in crowd" again..? Oh please, oh pretty please! ;0)

And if all (indeed if any) of that was true I would now be a "Strong Buy" but I am not.

I have been looking at reports of Jack's disappearance on the internet and it is without doubt an awful tragedy, particularly for one so young. I have three sons in their 20's and in the same way as dunder I find what Jack's family must be going through totally unimaginable. They have my every sympathy.

I can only hope that each have the support they need to get through it the best way they can.

As I have told you several times fjones here and elsewhere, as, when and if I sell the "others" I will not be putting any more into Aminex. Remember, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction...... now perhaps if you tried posting something that even remotely addressed or even acknowledged some of the risks and issues I might be tempted. But then there is a fat chance of that eh? ;0)

I would agree that a NO vote would be a disaster - the ship would continue sinking but without a life raft for the passengers (well most of the passengers anyway)

Like all AEX holders I want to see it sooner rather than later but just as I was sceptical about the many and various dates given for the EGM and the C1 spud I am similarly cautious about the idea that a yes vote tomorrow will start the dominoes falling immediately.

The best belated Christmas present that I am hoping to unwrap at tomorrow's EGM is the news that the BoD have managed to get KN1 close to producing again.

If we get both in a matter of a few days that would be fantastic :0)

Farm-Out "approval" is of no consequence at all until and unless we get the License Extension; therefore I would suggest that the License Extension is the "most important" step....?

I might agree that one is contingent on the other but it has never been "officially" stated as being the case; so just because we may get a Yes vote tomorrow does not guarantee that the License Extension will follow.

I must have missed something BG, did I suggest there was a purpose? I am simply suggesting that as has been proven for time immemorial unless there is an obvious imperative to get something moving the TPDC and the Tanzanian Gov't typically defer approval or confirmation of anything until the last possible moment. And without the proximity of an imminent weather window to provide that imperative we are likely to be waiting a while for the License Extension; nothing more "purpose" than that BG.

Well Tanzania as I have said to you and others before, I don't really need to accentuate the positives; there are countless people such as yourself more than willing to do that, at the same time totally denying the risks and historical failures associated with our current position. Those same risks and historical failures that have led to the sp being where it is today, just above the lowest price since ARA bought into the company as our cornerstone investor two and a half years ago..... Those same risks still exist but you never even acknowledge them.

You carry on denying them Tanzania and I will continue to remind readers about them.

As I have said before Tanzania; "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction"..... I would hate to be any of those readers that have bought these shares in the last six months on the back of yours and others selective portrayal of the situation - genuine or otherwise.

I remain a "hold" as I have been since the AGM (indeed since the original Farm_out announcement); I have been cautious since then and the share price movement over that 6 month period has totally justified that caution. Or perhaps you would suggest that I have been wrong all that time?

Will you be coming to the EGM Tanzania? You may find out something to your advantage? Then again maybe that might lead you challenge your own particular perception of reality and that really wouldn't be good would it?

I had resolved to avoid making or responding to "personal" gibes and accusations on this BB in 2019 but only 2 days into the year here I am responding to just the same old nonsense. Shame on me.

Perhaps tomorrow Tanzania you might be able to come up with some novel, pertinent or interesting comment about Aminex, the BoD or the shareprice and refrain from making comments about posters themselves?

Actually BG on reflection I may have misread that final paragraph; it seems to imply that C1 is covered - which by itself contradicts the earlier quote...? Ho hum. Better if so but we still have number two to fund, whenever that comes along - not too soon let's hope.

Yes BG I understand the point that YOU were making but you seem to have missed the point I that was making; which is that according to the selective quote that you posted earlier AEX will have to pay 25% (pro rata) of the costs of any of the two exploration wells that are required in the extended license and, if Chikumbi is one of those two drills, by extension we are required to pay 25% contribution to the costs of it...? The extended quote that you now post does NOT seem to change that conclusion; simply that we then only have a reduced contribution (I take it they mean 25% not 75%)
