Oh and Wress, just to point out, that article also "predicts" a spud date of Q3 2022 and as we now know, that spud has now been posted to November 2022; perhaps these two events, or delays, could well be connected?

Well I can confirm that "prediction" was incorrect: "is completing the mobilisation of all necessary equipment to site, which is expected to be completed by mid-February;" and "Acquisition of the 338km2 3D seismic survey will commence upon full equipment mobilisation"

So either the mobilsation was not complete when anticipated or there was a delay between completion of mobilsation and the acquisiton of the data. In any event that acquisition had not started by 26th May.

If you won't accept that from me I suggest you get confirmation from the Company.

Then I suggest you phone them back Wress and ask as, when and if APT started collecting seismic data? This may well have begun since 26th May but, according to TM (and I have no reason to doubt it) that had NOT started by 26th....

No Wress not illegal - it states that seismic operations continued in April as I am sure they did. What TM stated at the AGM was that they had not yet started collecting siesmic data - the two things are NOT conflicting.

As regards Sept 2024 matherdj, the only questions were around the dependencies for meeting that target - and they were simply around the completion of the GSA negotiations and the timelines / responsibility for pipeline build; all achievable but not 100% certain.

I can only repeat what I said earlier POC. Tom Mackay stated to the audience that they had not started collecting seismic data as at 26th May 2022.

Yes Wress, they anticipate re-entering NT2 before production but unlikely for NT1.

There are also likley to be two new drills between CH1 and production.

Correct POC the actual acquisition of the seismic data had not started as of the time of the AGM but was anticipated imminently. And that was straight from the Board. Take it or leave it.

Quite right matherdj. Their calculations (Phoenix) might offer an approximation (subject to certain assumptions) of the NAV of the shares but that bears absolutely no relationship to the sp; just look at our "peers" (WEN etc).... the Ntorya asset will take what, 20, 30 or more years to turn into cash.

Well fwiw, as the seismic survey had not even been started as of the date of the AGM (26th May) it will be a little while before we get any meaningful seismic results methinks. Nor do I expect those seismic results to include any reference to "Oil", that would require drilling to confirm that.

I have already voted and fwiw I have also voted against that resolution. That said If there is a large dilution it will have an impact on the market price broadly consistent with the scale of dilution - hence even if the PI's dont get included in any funding round we will still get an opportunity to buy in the market at a reduced price. Moreover you can choose to buy as many as you like. So, in my view it is no great issue.
