I agree CCC, that Q&A session the other day hardly gave grounds for confidence. MaybeOF have been supportive of us until now but, with the current sp and market sentiment, felt that the BoD's ability to raise capital and meet the long outstanding April 2022 $45m funding requirement, have decided to call in their chips?

My best effort? MBO - take it private and f**k the shareholders.

The current shareprice has been under pressure for month now, firstly due to SO sales and then, more recently due to the concerns about funding. If we do not raise sufficient funds to fund the development pipeline for an extended period (12 months +) the lack of funding uncertainty will mean that the sp is either permanenetly or at best, periodically put under pressure every time we need to go back to the market for another round of funding. That is not a healthy outlook if we only raise, say, 6 months fudning on each occasion. The BoD needs to lance this boil and give us a minimum of a 12 month uninterupted development runway.

Oh and Boonco - yes, you are right and I am wrong; the last report and acccounts support your version of events and cannot find the piece that I appear to have misquoted. That said $40m is probably closer ot the mark - particularly now with proposed salary rises and fund raising costs.

Boonco. Apologies, I am travelling and currently unable to dig up the relevant document but I do recall reading that the forecast capital requirement needed for the 18 month period from October 2022 onwards was $45m.

If I have remebered that incorrectly apologies again but even so, the question is still valid even if the figure is not. At the time the GBP/Dollar exchange rate was about £1 = $1.35 - so even £28.6m would be something like $38/39m ? Excuse my basic mental arithmetic ;0)

Perhaps someone else could unearth it?

Oh and one more:

How on earth can the BoD concieve that they should be earning a payrise when the current cash position is so precarious?!

My questions would focus mostly on the funding.
1) Where do they anticipate filling the $45m funding gap for the next 18 months to cover the anticipated development pipeline?
2) What funding options do they have that avoid a massive dilution for existing shareholders?
3) Have they considered liquidating "assets" to raise capital, if so which assets do they consider are marketable? What is its value?
4) Even with a massive dilution how do they expect to raise $45m in capital with a market cap of less than £30m?
5) Why have they chosen to cancel existing shareholders rights to participation in any future funding round - I doubt they, the BoD would be excluded?
6) To what extent has the cash position caused the delays in pipeline development and to what extent would that pipeline be impacted if they cannot raise the $45m?
7) What is the minimum capital raise required to ensure that the development pipeline can be maintained or even accelerated?

"Most of the dip was due to mkt gitters remmeber that"... no it wasn't, it was due to a totally underwhelming Q&A session with the BoD that highlighted that the BoDhave no definitive plans for closing our funding gap and it was this that caused many holders to jump ship.

Morning Tanz :0) you say "We all knew the preparation and the gathering of data was going to take months and months." Well not all of us - there are still those who belive that the gathering of data started months ago and will be released imminently - and thta was weeks ago.

It will be a few more weeks yet.

Sounds risky, the sp on 4D started in the Blue in London but look at it now.. whatever happens on a daily basis let alone an intraday basis is fairly irrelevant in my view; it is the longer term that matters and that requires a funding solution - it is fairly binary. Short term measures might buy us time but a longer term (18 month) solution is required to see any significant and sustained sp rise.
