Evening Al. The sp post CH1 drill will of course depend an awful lot on what it happens to find. I am not going to try and second guess what the well might prove up in terms of TCF etc, not least since it would be exactly that; total guesswork. So assuming a modest increase in estimated reserves I would be looking at £250 - 300m Market Cap.

The official spread closed at 1.525 mid price and with a closing bid at 1.4p of course. However as there have only been three trades below 1.50p since about 8:45 this morning I am satisfied that we did close above 1.50p by any realistic criteria.

Maybe they did but years ago, not since the last AGM... I repeat - he BoD said at the AGM last year they were expecting a 20% back-in.

So Highyield and as you well know - the terms of the Wentworth and the Kiliwani and Ntorya PSA's are totally different due to the arrangements around the "infrastructure" , offtake and the payments for the gas. The two are not comparable.

Moreover all PSA's have since been reviewed and many amended - 15% that is referenced in the Ntorya PSA may have been superseded by the now maximum of 20%. We have never been told that ours has changed through RNS or anything else but the BoD have referenced 20% being the TPDC entitlement at the last AGM. It is one of the things on my list of questions for the forthcoming AGM.

However until and unless you become an AEX shareholder I suggest the answer is hardly likely t be of any interest or relevance to you.

So Highyield, why don't you attend the AGM yourself and ask those questions? Or maybe you don't actually hold any shares and so cannot attend the AGM? So, if that is the case, why are you even interested in the answer?

You wonder away Rojo. There will come a day, I am sure, when the sp remains flat or even drops back - then you can have another day of gloating and schadenfreude and remind us all that you "told us so". Forgetting, of course, that the sp is already up well over 100% in but a few weeks.

For what it is worth my view is that is can continue to rise until and unless there is an announcement, or it becomes obvious, that the Dev License is not "imminent". What happens once we get it depends largely on what information or guidance is offered at that time on the sequencing and timing of the remaining deliverables; also on the timing of that release in relation to the AGM. We all know what happens with long periods of inactivity and silence. Maybe ARA and AEX have cottoned on to that fact and will ensure that this is avoided going forward.

MM's have offered me 1.5525p for 1,000,000 though no quote for 2,000,000. So not out of the woods yet.

Only up another 6.90% today - disappointing eh Rojo? And to think, that is without transparency of the terms of the GSA, completion of the Dev License, aDrill contract, CH1 spud date, NT1 & NT2 workovers, pipeline initiation or completion and of course production. Just think how disappointing the sp rise might be once we have all of these things... ho hum.....

They pay out more than they earn: more recent O&G GSA contracts now demand that any gas paid for by the TPDC can be paid for in Tanzanian Shillings!

The quoted spread of 1.40 - 1.60p is just a sham. No trades below 1.50p for a good while now - the real spread, for anything of meaningful size, is 1.525 - 1.575p.

If that still holds for the close it would bode very well.

Lol!! Ask for a price for 1,000,000 and the next thing you know is they drop the bid back to 1.40p. Call this a market?!? Bloody shysters.

I am being offered 1.525p for 500,000 but no quote for 1,000,000. So those MM's are still being defensive.

Unlikely in my view but anything is possible (Tanzanian authorities are skint and have zero US $'s). That said whether there were to be an sp drop on any form of raise is now questionable in my view. I think everyone and anyone just wants the question of a raise out of the way to give a clear line of sight to EWT, appraisal drilling and all that is required to allow for the official sign off of Itumbula (and maybe Tai3) as a commercial discovery. Unless the raise is heavily discounted (which I seriously doubt) I think the sp will actually climb after He1 raises the money to cover all that is necessary to allow for that "sign off.

We are about to find out - 1.50p on the bid yet again!

I note also that as soon as the bid touched 1.50p there were a small series of simultaneous trades (presumably SELLS) that took it back down again. I wonder if that could be all of the trades with "limit" orders? Surely there were more than 5/6 orders at 1.50? I wonder how many more there are to come? If that was an attempt by the MM's to get some stock back, they did not do very well - unless there are a number of trades yet to be "declared"?

I see that the spread touched 1.50 - 1.60 at one point. Let's hope it closes at or above that level.
