I have to say that whether or not that is true RJ I would have expected far more interest and activity in the shares than we have seen over recent weeks. Considering the potential here why oh why has there been so little activity? Even if the sidetrack is a success and when they are back in production is there the risk that it will go totally unnoticed and the sp does nothing at all?

The only upside being that the spread is now 1.40 - 1.60p.

The pipeline and export options are good news for the Tanzanian Authorities - it wont help AEX or ARA as they will sell the gas to the TPDC at wellhead for a fixed price. Pity we can't pump condensate along the pipeline!!

Ufufuo, where have you seen that 1.52p? I cannot see that on II or on sharesmagazine (both real time).

Sorry RJ, that point though being that if you have price sensitive information (as the Development license would certainly be) it has to be released when it is available NOT at the behest of some PR bumpkin. Though I would admit that it is questionable whether the Pipeline news would necessarily be considered price sensitive.

I get the logic but RNS's cost a LOT of money - you don't do more than you have to if you are on a tight budget. Besides which RNS's are meant to be reserved for price sensitive information and not designed as a medium for PR releases - that is what linkedin and twitter are for.

I think that if there was any prospect of the Dev License on Monday, or at any point early next week, they would have deferred today's RNS and released them together. So unfortunately I think we will be waiting a week or two for the next release.

RJ, I notice that they have finally closed the spread a little; 1.40 - 1.50p now, Let's hope it stays that way!

Sp up and down like a yoyo this morning (or is that joyo?) - and a bloody ridiculous spread 1.30 - 1.50!

MAX - I don't think anyone is "hell bent" on the License but until and unless it is delivered certain material developments are being held up - rig contract and a spud date for CH1 for example. Today's news is good and bodes well for further news in the short term but I, for one, would love to know that we have a rig contract in the bag and can look forward to a date for CH1 drilling.

One thing to bear in mind with the pipeline build is the weather. Unlike the drilling building the pipeline would be compromised by the "rainy season" so the timing I would suggest will be determined by their having to use a window that avoids the heavy rains. So, maybe as SC alludes a January kick off would be appropriate and would coincide with a December Spud date for CH1.

Spread now 1.35 - 1.50p (bloody ridiculous) and 1.49p paid.

So Rojo it seems yesterday's 5% correction was just a "blip" - must be so disappointing for you?

Down 5% yesterday Rojo which considering "no finally agreed development licence, no published terms of the GSA, no independent 3D assessment, no drill rig and no pipeline." must be disappointing for you?

Oh well only another 45% to go to get back to the price of three weeks ago. Maybe today?
