Like I posted yesterday I'd like to think Lindy is going into partnership talks with Miller and Cossery as that is some team...no disrespect for RG and JC and CH but come on...the bios speak for themselves add to that Scancell is such a different company now all techs advanced...AvidiMab even has clinical validation ... hopefully big things are coming and that Redmile plan goes to it's next stage

Dr Miller is high calibre...for him to stand Infront of a poster that had far less info on it than the AACR one doesn't make sense until you factor in BIO2023...and that he is obviously happy to be associated with the ModiFY trial

I'm not sure that the mouse days compared to human days relate to immune responses though as it is surely not the case that a mouse's immune system responds 40x quicker than a human's is it?... I haven't found any info on that

The DTHs seem to happen fast and Lindy called those 'nice' what happens then and how long it takes for the T cells to get to effective work is certainly a big question and I expect yeah the response is not as rapid as in mice ..... just probably not 40 days behind :)

It is hard to work out the stats as the info we get given is not yet clear

but going off what info we now have for this really difficult target of HGSOC out of 12 evaluable patients in that target out of 9 full dose patients 5 have stable disease and 4 have progressive disease so so far effective in just over 55% and amazingly one of the three HGSOC patients on the safety cohort of 2 peptides and a half dose also had evaluable stable disease

Yes we need more data but if they can keep this up in this target then I suggest that is more than just 'good' as stable disease translates well into OS.... again this target has a 15% chance of 5 year survival...

The Ovarian Cancer target of that drug combo is not the same one as Scancells

Late Stage progressive High Grade Serious Ovarian Carcinoma beyond chemo has few if any options at all its why calling Satble Disease only good... is a bit well short-sighted.., also it is no wonder that this target has attracted the most trial participants... The stats for this target are I think the harshest of all 4 trial targets... a 5-year survival of 15% ....the median survival 40 months... here is the the requirements for the ModiFY trial in that target.. Lindy has gone for one of the hardest there...

MDA is definitely the drag here...all I can say on it is Lotus seems to be making the headlines at the moment with their MDA struggles but Mkango were previously deemed ahead of them and it looks to me like they are quietly but significantly moving behind the scenes as it were in securing that MDA that works for ALL stakeholders....

The fact is though recycling will be profitable before and far more profitable than any mine ...
