The nature of the trial is so long as we are indeed given data updates we will know before its end...

IMHO 2-3 months on a full dose to know if there is a Clinical Response and 6 months of treatment to have a prettty clear idea of how the treatment is doing in each individual and how beneficial or not it is likely to be...

Recruitment going really well, the Guardian article will do no harm there either, infact I've even seen some US patient interest... these are really hard targets Lindy has gone for...

What I can't say is when we next get given a data update

It does feel like there s something brewing but I can't decide if its the tin rattle or something far more exciting lol.... obs we need more funds in the coming months but why oh why always at such a low sp... Cossery is no slouch though and if moditope is proving itself there is going to have to be a first mover on it because it is a totally unique whole new class of immuno theraputics ... can't be understated and Lindy has really gone for targets that you cannot game the data on

I'm supposing his meaning of 'delivered' is not tied to SP as indeed no doubting Lindy has delivered on the the science and getting products developed and into the clinic... on an absolute shoestring....

It's the next step up we need now which also ought to translate into SP.... we need to be getting the serious attention of serious pharma bio bio companies

There is some controversy about that company and its data which might well explain why its investors jump onto others' stories...

Again I think NASDAQ is only a longer well at least 2 years away on everything going to plan outcome and will be only done for all the right reasons and for Redmile to be able to say job done and exit like they did with BioNTech... Look at the job Cossery did at Immunocore and look at out Oxford neighbours nice $3billion NASDAQ mcap... for a pipeline I don't rate I think they have found one niche in a rare eye melanoma where they have some success .....

Totally agree it is those deal/s we need and not research collabs... I think Lindy would be happy to give zero IP up and have a zillion reseach collabs.... that mostly go nowhere !!!

The GenMab deal is bussin and she hasn't even given up full IP on that target :)

No we need now to be doing what they all do getting proper pharma deals... hopefully Cossery is making that clear .... certainly he is a face so if he were at BIO23 representing then we ought to have got into some rooms.... and maybe had some serious discussions of moving forwards

Lindy is happy for us to take all the risks which again isn't how most do it they balance the risk with partnerships... success or bust but she doesn't bother with us no pi interaction at all, yet if that tin needs rattling....

It's great to hold onto IP, especially IP with moditopes potential but at some point, you have to ..... Or we will never have a commercial product ever

Yeah, the Malaysian lady who is MyMab was Lindys Notts' student and was very much involved in the development of the GlyMabs and also worked for Scancell for a time.... Lindy seems to build very good relationships with her team science which is why as part of her legacy I'm sure she will want to see them all right and to leave them with a viable Scancell -build a great British biotech with the mcap to match :)

Well SCIB1 I think had 35 evaluable patients in its original trial and Covidity over 40?.... So I reckon ImmunoBody has enough clinical data to get a look in as it were.... And then you factor in the commercial pharmajet delivery and AvidiMab product improvement and patent life extension and well.... just maybe

I thought that was curious too... maybe they were waiting on Boris being available lol... no no not really what I hope is one of the team here can get the recording and share it as that might make things clearer, also ... although it says its an interview with Cossery and Lindy there are no quotes from her in the piece

at least Mr. Cossery has identified areas that need attention ... it is about time!

NASDAQ will be Redmiles exit plan and again it's not coming soon but on strong data and deals It'll be a big event in such circumstances and allow in some big US money player's....
