'To create TCB antibodies, Scancell will combine its proprietary GlyMab® antibodies, which target sugar motifs rather than proteins and are designed to have superior affinity and selectivity profiles, with in-licenced Fc silencing technology from Oxford-based mAbsolve. The technology from mAbsolve reduces the likelihood of toxicity caused by cytokine storms, which can be associated with clinical antibodies engaging the immune system. Why data is gold and why this market doesn't really get scancells value until it does...

Astra paid a pretty penny to Daiichi for this mAb that has caused its mcap to lose $14billion..

That is like saying Wagner is in Belarus which is in Europe so near the UK so you are worried Wagner will arrive in Milton Keynes sometime soon lol....

This is not all about MoDify ... there can be news -indeed deal/s from any part of the pipeline... mAbs /AvidiMab being the most likely..... And knowing Lindy she will be wanting to hold onto that Moditope IP and add to it until it's exploding out of her hands :)

WTP I think you misunderstand that patient's post she won't have had her first scan since being on the trial yet... she is saying she has been on immunotherapy -nivolumab and it worked at clearing her lung tumors but her kidney tumor has spread and sounds like inoperable therefore she has joined the ModiFY trial... in the combo cohort

Brentville et al. demonstrated that transduced tumor cells can present a citrullinated vimentin peptide on HLA-DR4 molecules, and that differential recognition by CD4 T cells occurs compared to the WT counterpart peptide [136]. Thought we were going to have an earlier stage cohort of patients pre resection?....I'm guessing some in the CPI combo cohorts might be earlier stage......but yes most patients are late possibly very late stage ...there is a reason the Ovarian target cohort has found the numbers so quickly....My wonder is with Head Neck the word promising has now been used last we knew there were 5 patients with that target 3 of whom are in half dose CPI safety and then 2 full dosed,one being Trish I wonder now data will be in on the other 4 is a positive pattern emerging in that target.... we'll see in time

BTW BBs have stories too.. and you can pretty much write what happens when the SP is under pressure .... yeah Dark elements appear.... amazing that... why not just leave it to err wave patterns or something :)

BTW I bet that numpty is into cryptocurrency... that will be real to him... whereas I would much rather invest in the ability to trigger a T cell towards a Cancer target that is something real something lasting something of actual value.... It just ain't quite been valued here yet.... GSK!!!! :))

That one is the one, yeah psychologically speaking....So the question to ask with that is... does Scancell have what it takes for the BIG ONE ... my answer to that is a resounding YES... pretty much Vulpes set that out in their case study report.....Also the complete disconnect between IP and SP due to AIM think... That means for the SP to catch up with IP it will indeed require the BIG ONE but my goodness that could be really really BIG... we get to see the story goes on :)

* Successful COVID vaccine outcome.... No deal

* Encouraging cancer trial data....We can't tell how potent Modi-1 is or isn't yet, risk on

* Modi Trial progressing to cohort 2 and beyond...Great but as above

* New boss at the helm.... Haven't heard a word from him,no media

* Multiple poster presentations...So what? ... reporting just the above

* Massive deal with Genmab...Yeah... Scancell made nowt of it couldn't even be bothered with a proactive vid.. The deal is great but upfront not enough to keep the lab lights on for a year... no idea if the target is being persued by GenMab... or if anyone else is going to do a GlyMab deal... if they do expect that to show in the sp story :)

Also completely misunderstands the concept of the story the story is indeed in the sp graphs but that does not mean the market reads everything as positive and responds as such... A good example of the story in sp graph - Covid... when Scancell became a Covid play and even made SKY news... Also, you can clearly see Covid in the BioNTech and Moderna graphs... they of course actually got something out of that income wise they won the race...But yeah if GSK does arrive with the millions that day will also show in the graph :) It is not hard to explain the reasons this SP is down either... and that is the story too... I even just pointed to one reason... Scancell didn't gain anything from the Coivd play deal-wise ... it did IP-wise though....

I do wrap myself in the flag though :) TBH I always kick myself in these situs where my usual core-building nibbles end up also being about getting the average down and think why why why did I buy at that higher price than this lower one... Yeah for foresight! But shares are not a science they are all stories, stories that you can read in the historical share price graphs its all in there, and then the fun is trying to predict the next page ....moine was GSK came in with a $$$massooosive$$$ deal ... then I woke up in sweats again :)

I think it's quite telling that the one repost of her Guardian story Lindy has officially liked is the one from the IP firm:)

On one had that is great that her IP protection is solid and that she does in no way undervalue her techs.... the GenMab deal is also an indication of that as previously Cliff had got us a deal lined up... possibly that one with GenMab but sort of told us we might not be getting a pharma type valuation on it... as in it was going to be a low ball deal but hey a deal.. Lindy must have cold watered that and done the extra lab work and indeed finally at last got one deal over the line but as Cossery says

I think that will have been and still is a long learning curve for her, luckily she has had support there from the beginning ....areas for improvement -communication with investors big and small (us) and being able to seal the deal :)

I thought the GenMab deal deserved a proactive vid.... Also... Cossery has a plan do we know it? nope we have to scavenge the net in search of snippets of info.... why? As for deal doing well again blimey we got a proper oharma valuation one on one Glycan target and it but we need more .... way back before the Glycans came in house Lindy confidently told a conference two pharma were soon going to take he mAbs into the clinic... never happened... always seems like err... well lets do some more lab work get some more data... which possibly paid off with GenMab but we still wait... Scancell has to give something up to get something and I believe Cossery said as much in that snippet we got from to ii article... Would be brill for there to be a presentation of some kind even if it is only a PDF !!!
