Of course, any Trial depends on the product and the target and then the trial's endpoints to gain meaningful data ...For our trial, I think it is data in at least 30 patients in each of the 4 targets at full dosage....

With updates and knowing the nature of the targets we will get a pretty clear idea before the trial ends on how potent or otherwise modi 1 is ...so far from the last data update we are seeing very encouraging signs ... though we are due another data update anytime now which would make that picture clearer

Defender, only 1 CPI patient has been recruited so far in Cohort 4 because there had to be a Cohort 3 safety run-in for that first (low dose modi) I think that is 3 patients? that is now complete so all is well and good to go to the maximum dose for CPI patients... that is very good news so all in all at least 4 CPI patients have been dosed

More than that Moditope has the potential of opening up new markets for CPI players that they failed to access due to cold tumors not responding well to CPIs such as HGSO ... once heated up immuno speaking they may then respond more favourably to CPIs and other immuno treatments

CPI recruitment is really good news, we all know this is a place where the money could come from also I'd expect there could be difficulty in attracting participants as you have to sell the idea of including an 'experimental' new treatment to a patient's current treatment regime.... luckily looks like they are selling it well which means there is something to sell

WTP well certainly if new news which that would be is being made public which it would be in form of the poster we (the market must be informed too) so yeah I'm think another much more detailed RNS is on its way once poster is released

A mouse model can only be that a model... Shows that the destruction of tumors isn't quite a straight journey to eradication in mouse models... though it is indeed impressive... then we must factor in the ages of our trial patients and possibly other issues and the fact that well... trial patients unlike the mice are not models... Each Target is different and indeed even in the same targets can be from patient to patient...

The most promising so far is the DTH response... the immune system is being fired up in all the patients so far what it does do then... well its a trial... but I'd go back to Lindy's words that there will be a cohort with really good autophagy and T cells that respond to all 3 peptides....

Hopefully tomorrow or Monday we are given a clearer picture ....

I'm really hoping we get to see something of an emerging pattern in the data as regards HGSO mono target...If that target is being turned from cold to hot immuno speaking that will be quite something.... offers a possibly effective way in on that target which they have failed with previously for CPI players etc... but we'll see ....trial has a ways to go yet

Ruck ModiFY is being presented at ASCO by prof Otten the conference does not begin till tomorrow... the RNS is coming tomorrow or at latest Monday and that is that what uodates it contains dunno but I reckon data will be up to date from May ... which is why it is not a repeat of AACR
