Wow so a pi there could have bought shares at 5p and now they are worth 67p... cheers redmile I would say if I were one of their long-suffering pi looking at the company about to go bust.... redmile do not to seem to have acted predatory there but responsibly as they must believe in the value of the pipeline which seems to have turned out well for all and I doubt sanofi partners would have come in too if they feared redmiles intentions...

redmile did not get redx on the cheap they have funded that company to turn itself completely around before it sank and in a fast timeline too... We need trials for that we need funds and if we are going to have a proper 4 target large cohort modi1 trial I think we are better taking that £17 million now. ... Vulpes are not going to be stumping that amount up are they

redx were bust.... they are now funded still listed you can have shares in them and they have products in trial and pharma deals...

I watched that Redx presentation and question from Timbo which is at about just past the 1.27.00 mark for anyone interested... Very happy to hear their view of redmile that basically backs their business plan and funded them to take their assets into the clinic!...Sofinova partners have also come in there too...

I would agree with that as it has been the number one problem here for since forever no deal with a pharma!... That would have changed things but... for whatever reasons we are not in that position they see scancell as too novel and want data... we cannot get data without funds... the catch!

And did redmile really takeover or deliberately try to take over that failing in the throws of going under redx? or for that matter any company? is that their modus operandi? Or is it get in early back the science to get data get big deals off the back of that then do an impressive NASDAQ listing and move on with a very healthy profit indeed?....

I'd agree with that... unless of course, they wish to come out and talk to us ... after all there is still time for them to garner influence on the vote if they care that much about it.

The bit of a mess part I agree with....

Remember Vulpes life science fund has investments of about $50 million.... redmile are different league... Vulpes could not compete and if their plan was to take more and more of scancell in dilutive funding for a few million a pop... they would need the sp low!

And Vulpes sank a rising sp.... what was that all about? like they want to keep the sp at a level they want it at... probably so they could eat up more and more for pennies

I think redmile are a fund that like their investments to get deals done with pharmas.... And their backing probably opens all kinds of come back when you are a serious company with serious backing doors that have been closed to scancell.

My BioNTech angle... well we know Vulpes did very in-depth due diligence before departing with their pennies... we have not been told that about redmile... so who is it that pointed redmile in our direction? the only connection I can find is BioNTech that may not be the case Cliff may well have impressed them independently at some event... however surely then they would have talked to Sahin... it could equally be Sahin pointed them to us ... I'm not getting at any plots or anything here more a you should take a look at them they have wonderful science that is really undervalued and needs backing.

Same of course is true of their involvement with BioNTech...the rounds are multi funds funded
redmile are out for redmile but we should not think they are necessarily here to rob us of full value.... infact they could be key to us ever getting it.

Well redmile certainly seems well connected in that area as if you look at their recent rounds they do them with other funds.... so it could well be that yes vulpes did not bring in redmile but if vulpes are in a dummy spitting mode (hopefully not and they take it well) then redmile could bring in another fund... also allaying the takeover fears
