I'm supposing there are no 'insider trading' rules on these conversions as they are not buying the shares are already bought?
I mean obviously the Diggles having a BOD presence know much more than us and who knows maybe even played a significant part in bringing in redmile... not that that throws any more light on today's RNS lol ... I guess the puzzle is the timing... which seems a theme at the moment with the puzzle of the why now with redmile's extra funding so soon after the last... which I know has been gone over with possibility that was all pre-arranged with scancell and vulpes at the original buying in.

Depends if they then sell a load lol ...... which indeed would be strange with the timing? but not impossible... so I dunno I'll go with the positive of them now possessing more scancell shares thereby increasing their overall holding % though no idea why they felt the need right now... looking forwards to the pre AGM presentations.

Not knowing too much about the technicalities and what can be read into these conversions I think today's BB has been informative from all sides ... all we have at the moment is the fact vulpes has chosen now as their time to do it...

Ruck that market though is that for treatable renal cancer?.... only with modi1 the modi1 market in any of it's targets is more to me about the number of sufferers it can treat we hope with a high % rate of success... and many of these will only be in the market of palliative care.

So I suppose from that Monday update we can decide on what would be the most relevant and revealing questions we can put forwards...

As for questions some may get answered in Cliff and Lindy etc's presentations so it is one of those try to ask what we have not been told but would like to know situations that we won't know till on the day... Certainly, though I'd be happy to back burble coming up with questions around the science...

I was hoping it may be similar to the proactive event which I agree was very good and may well be the way of doing them forever now ... and I'm presuming chippers would be the moderator not sure if it will be him just picking and choosing questions from a screen which we can't see though? Could be the first scancell AGM i get to attend!

Yes AB I'm looking at it like that now too... it was more a ... what I was expecting -the concluding of our first MaB deal this year- Is no longer to be expected, of course, the case that maybe by spending a couple of hundred k on them makes them multiple times more valuable if that is the case is fine by me.... I'm sure that will become clear at AGM as will undoubtedly be a question asked if it is not in any presentation.

I don't think investors here were downbeat about being fully funded obviously takes a while for the amount coming in to sink and it does mean scancell now can prove itself up with data and indeed if all goes well make the leap from being a baby bio to something much more exciting I suppose at least for me the down side on the day was more about how it has happened and now that the power lays with redmile which may not be a bad thing but it is a thing... the other it coming so soon after the last fully funded funding and gave an OO dilemma lol for me mean't digging at the back of the sofa for others they probably have sold a few to buy a few... with the impact of that on sp.... But overall for me the downer was Cliffs deal has become Cliff hanger...I'm over it now though:) and looking forwards I'm sure a lot will be much clearer after AGM and I'm sure Lindy is over the moon to finally have funds to do what she wants to do which is great IP enhancing science... The dilution aspect though real is less a concern at this stage for me than being funded.... modi1 is the type of product that could get one those $billion upfront deals for 3/4 targets that we have seen get done... yup 1 billion upfront for a product of a platform of part of a pipeline that has tens and tens of targets (an RNS once the trial is running saying the trial is being extended into sarcomas and other cancers would be the biggest green light to pi ever).. trinity that lol

This I guess is just a Sunday type post.... BioNTech have a TCR deal with Lilly which btw they have received a fair amount of funds :

'We are developing T cell receptor therapies for the treatment of cancer, including in collaboration with Eli Lilly. Under our collaboration, Eli Lilly has an exclusive option to pursue clinical development of certain potential TCR product candidates. We and Eli Lilly have concluded the research phase of the collaboration and Eli Lilly is evaluating whether to exercise its option.'

We know scancells TCR program is still alive via the finals... no mention of BioNTech though... has our research phase also concluded?.... would scancell carry on without them? could they even?....Karolinska? maybe... no mention of them in the finals either...

BioNTech are recruiting staff around their TCR program.... I haven't seen them advertise such a position in a long time...

Anyways I suppose all I can say is ... they are all still interested in TCR !
