I would not look at it too bad... If it is a case of two powers wanting the biggest say then it says... the thing they want a bigger say on so much is important to them as in they see value probably huge value!
The problem for me lays in the fox is on the BOD that is not ideal now.... Unless there is something we can't see that they can and want to protect us all from.... which does not seem to be the case and they certainly are not out looking for our support as seems more to be all about them

How do we know they are after the shareholders best interests themselves?.... redmile may have scuppered their own plans which may well not have played out best for us... anyways like I say hope they stick around we need as many big holders as possible.
