No, a bad example on my part! PSN did take another year to find their bottom. This was due to the ridiculous dividend policy where they returned 95% of profits to share holders I believe, affording PSN to trade at 3 X nav prior to this. As has been said before, a lot further to fall than their peers. Albeit, they did manage to lose 30% along with the rest of the sector over those two to three months?

I’d agree with that Franalex. You’ve to go back to 2002 and before for average ‘real’ House prices to be cheaper than they are now. JSH’s kids must be looking at around a £320k mortgage?

Liz Truss and Kamikaze reduced TW to 81p, PSN to 9.20 odd and Bellway to sub £16 (sale of the century) if memory serves me well. Spent some serious monies (for me) on the builders back then..

I’m in a group that contains 46100 members, mostly landlord's. Not one, claims to ‘rent’ to the likes of these. All, tell others to be aware of the consequences of doing so. They are not wanted, anywhere, and by very few landlords.

Kept an eye on LSE and the update occurred at 7am. TW’s MCap corresponds perfectly with last nights figures. This confirms LSE’s shares in issue is all correct without actually seeing the figures. We should now be able to work out the two for demotion once the final figures come in on Tuesday with a quick calculation that will only take a moment. I’ve updated CRDA into the list over on PSN. Let’s hope for a better day today. FTSE looks like a pretty flat open, bond rates down a bit, PCE data over the pond the biggy for me, at 1:30pm. Good luck

You are quite correct, that was an oversight on my part. Croda should have been the fifth, I did include them here earlier, but omitted over on PSN. I have included EZJ as an outside chance as it’s been very volatile over the last week. I’m glad you have posted this, as I have been struggling with LSE’s MCap’s. They do not correspond on the close, as you say. It’ll be interesting to see if they correspond with my figures before market open in the morning.

For TW I’ve £3.44577b. That’s based on 01/08 latest figures from the RNS. Some way off the £3.49..b. That £50.6m would make a huge difference….

Persimmon is likely to be demoted(?)

For me, PSN have the margins (best in class), asking price is where it needs to be, I think we need some incentive to get those units up and shifting. Help to buy or something similar. It has to come, the government needs to incentivise growth. Only my opinion as ever…

Thanks for the link Corry. My phone only allows for a basic synopsis, ie, code, name & price. This is much easier than longhand, when looking on a computer. It really is going to be a close run thing isn’t it. A bit suggestive by Alliance news? They could have said at the expense of TW, although if Unite drop by another 0.5p (as of today) then it’d be them instead….
