The current planning allows for 10 tanker movements a day during the set hours on Mon to Fri and Sat am.
Seeing as this is during the testing process, the figure of 16 per day makes more sense to me for a site in production given the volumes indicated to date.

Not arrogance at all. There are a lot of unknowns currently.
I am talking about II's and big investors, not PI's who make their own informed opinions on the current known info. No inference in my post at all that any PI's are 'amateurs playing with pennies'.

The amount of insults and slating of other posters on here for no apparent reason and getting offended is getting out of hand.

Serious II's will look at the fundamentals and presently, not enough certainties imo for them to invest with confidence.
Other than the points I noted, there are issues re: transport and infrastructure, planning proposals, future funding requirements, Kim testing, etc to take into account. II's will look at a lot more than a few RNS releases that do not necessarily tell the whole picture, they will look to meetings with management, etc too, so SS coming out with an interview will be a big help. in their decision making.
Also, as has been noted previously, the current mcap will be too low for many investors to be able to invest due to mandate restrictions.
I am sure II's are looking closely at UKOG and the other Weald players, but would be surprised if there is much II investment currently (notwithstanding the required disclosure requirements needed at higher levels).

No offence meant to any PI's who may look to see offence when none is intended.

No mention of actual recoverable oil, and no official confirmation of commerciality (although expected).
As another poster stated, we are a still long way off clearing hurdles to attract II's, still too many unknowns in addition to the above for serious investors to get involved imo

Still see this as a good, positive update though. Disappointed that the SP has not finished up, would have expected it to at least hold over the 2p level. Onwards to the Kim results.
Hopefully, SS will be interviewed at some point over the next week. I think an update from him is needed following the release of the Xodus report, and not just to reassure investors.

An edit to my previous post.
DTR 5.1.1 (3b) states that disclosures apply to any share admitted to trading on any regulated market.
So, definitely applicable for AIM.

Regarding disclosures, my understanding is that any party will need to disclose going through each individual % threshold level (3%, 4%, 5%, etc) when acquiring or disposing, so a disclosure should be made as each threshold level is reached.
DTR 5.1.2 refers (assuming this is applicable to AIM stocks too).
If selling, I expect any order would be worked as a % of adv so as to not impact heavily on the SP so could take time to unwind.

This board seems quite sane compared to the hysterical reaction to the RNS on the UKOG board!
Any positive news can only be a good thing for all the Weald players.
Hoping for a UKOG interview in the coming week following the recent good updates provided by DL and P Vonk.

Many are not reading the RNS properly and taking just the headline facts.
As others have cautioned before, always good to re-read and digest properly before getting carried away.

No official declaration of commerciality yet (expected though - to be announced by HHDL in due course)
No confirmation of how much oil is recoverable of the 7-11m barrels "seen".

Any big investors will be waiting on the above before diving in here, as well as for any prelim Kim results.

I imagine SS has been waiting for the release of the Xodus report prior to undertaking any interviews.
I would expect to see something from him within the next week now following this release especially following the recent interviews seen with DL and the guy from ANGS (Vonk?).
If not, then by all means criticise, but without the Xodus report I don't believe there was too much he could come out and say.

Perhaps the lack of a holdings RNS shows a different level of requirements for AIM companies in this regard.
I am sketchy on the requirements, but know from my old firm (FTSE 250 company) that an announcement would have been submitted separately to confirm on the day the shares were admitted to trading regardless of any prior notification, and also a separate announcement to show the holding interest too.
Whether this was good practice, a requirement, or overkill, not sure.
Different rules will apply to different entities however (e.g. Investment Trusts have to issue a daily NAV and a monthly TVR).

Is it possible that the new shares have not been admitted to trading yet?
The RNS announcements do state 'on or around 28/9' although they are reflected in the shares in issue here.

There was a poster here who used to deal with RNS announcements, can't remember who.
The RNS' of 30/8 and 25/9 dealing with the acquisition confirm the change to UKOG's share holding as a result of the acquisition, but I would suspect that even if not required, it is good market practice to make a separate announcement to confirm the % holding of the new holder. Certainly, if they are selling we should be seeing an RNS as their holding decreases..

Maybe this means that they are still holding their shares. It seems only speculation that they are the ones selling.

If you look back at the charts, it generally shows the SP moving when over 100m daily volume is being traded. The volumes just aren't there currently. Everyone is playing a waiting game. News will get the SP moving.

That ANGS interview was a good listen, much like the DL one from yesterday.
I took the opportunity to take a small position in ANGS this morning, sub-8p, which looks to be a good price at this stage of the process.
Positioned roughly 85% UKOG to 15% ANGS in the Weald play and will continue to monitor both with interest.

Long term UKOG holder and have taken a small position in ANGS today after the recent RNS which does not appear to have been that well received by the market despite the promising content.
Sub-8p seems a good entry point at this stage in the process imo.
The interview is a good listen and encouraging update from the company.

I like all the updates from the eyes on site, but considering that twitter is supposedly the place to be and not this ridiculous site, there does seem to be an obsession with the quoting of, and slating of posters on here.

Keep up the great work with the pic and video updates, the rest is all a bit unnecessary imo
