They have been bickering like children on both the ANGS and the UKOG boards for weeks/months mow, as well as on twitter. Its all getting a bit boring now tbh.

What proper share would you recommend, darko?
BP maybe?
I was a lth in BP and sold at just over £6 a week ago to take a position in Angus.
BP currently down around 9%. ANGS up over 5%

Or how about HSBC? Down over 6% in the last week.
Glaxo? Same
Centrica? Down 3%
I hold all of the above, plus others that are all down currently.ANGS is my only share in profit currently.

I am happy with my holdings and diversification though. I have made my choices and am confident with my decisions, risk profile, income generation, etc.
If I had £100k, I would not invest all in 1 basket as you suggest.

Good point, which many seem to ignore for some reason. Too much UKOG vs ANGS on both boards, when good news for one is good for both.
I invested in ANGS recently after watching a PV interview, just prior to the Balcome RNS.
He impressed me. and prompted me to take a position alongside my existing UKOG position.
I am still heavily weighted in UKOG compared to ANGS, but seriously considering switching additional funds over here, despite yesterdays' rise over my prefereed 8p top up price.
Long term, things looking good for both.

After worldwide markets down yesterday and a shaky morning, this is looking a lot better all of a sudden in the last hour.
Can hopefully hold on for a blue finish, maybe even finish at 2p (mid) if some strong buys come in late.

Yes, the interviewer should have come back to the water issue. Not the slickest presentation as Masterbaker stated.
Time constraints maybe, as these interviews seem to be of a standard length.

Just watched this interview.
Have been impressed with Vonk both here and in the last interview. I said on the UKOG board yesterday that, for me, he comes across better than SS when speaking (although I liked the DL interview too).
Whether he is just more used to giving interviews, or it is a natural thing, management coming across like this can only be good when it comes to attracting II investors too.
Great to see the SP doing well again so far today, all looking good for holders.
I have missed my sub-8p top up price due to lack of available funds, but happy to be in +ive territory with my existing holding, and no plans to sell.

Strange post.
I don't see any fanboy posting of UKOG here at all. Any reference is in conjunction with the Weald in general, or by holders of both. Both companies have issued RNS updates in the last week, so discussion is bound to overlap and it is possible to have interest in both (and others) and want all Weald players to do well.

I pay £10.50 a quarter currently and £10.50 a trade. Low volume trader.
I have a separate UT ISA which is fee free for holding (through ex-employer) but they don't accept PI accounts.

I have a shares ISA and a separate sharedealing account with HSBC (via FirstDirect).
Not the greatest service as I have to phone deals through for penny share trades as they insist on a limit price in the ISA and their online system cannot handle fractions of a penny.
I should look to move them both tbh.

I never receive anything through on corporate actions until after the deadline date, so the default option always applies.
They only post out event information and speaking to them gets me nowhere.
I suspect a lot of PI's may have a similar issue.
Also, for a lot of managed PI accounts, the managing firm can have voting authority on the account and will cast a vote as a whole for the entire firm holding how they choose when this is the case. So large institutions could have an influence.
V. difficult with a PI investor base though, as stated..

A nice rise today in a falling market worldwide (oil down too).
Was hoping to add to my modest position sub-8p but may miss the boat as no spare funds for a few days yet. Won't be too upset if this continues to rise though.
Will watch the interview shortly. Was impressed with the one last week and sounds like a good listen.

The RNS is quite clear. A lot of people on here though were saying that after the Kim testing we would likely be revisiting planning for more wells, hence my confusion. SS did not make this too clear in his interview, I think he only mentioned 3 wells then kind of trailed off. DL did highlight 6 wells in his one though (I listened to this after my initial post).

Just listened to this.
DL comes across far better than SS in interviews for me, perhaps more used to, or better suited to giving interviews. It seems more natural for him to speak publicly and get his thoughts across, a difficult skill.
I found Vonk (ANGS) to be a good interviewee too.
SS wins with the sartorial award though!
Great that the word is getting out, hopefully some of the bigger news agencies will pick up on this and the Weald players can get some decent mainstream coverage.

Can anyone clarify on the wells?
I thought recent the planning application was for 6 wells and the thinking (on here) was that this was for the Portland alone, with more then needed for the Kims (there was talk on here of revised application for extra wells after the Kim testing).
SS seemed to be saying in the interview that 3 wells would be for the Portland, so maybe 2 for one Kim layer and 1 for the other, depending on flow rates/requirements?
Does that make sense with the amounts of oil quoted and the proposed tanker movements?
I may be misunderstanding what SS was saying, but thought his explanation of the planning application was a bit vague.
Not the best interview imo. Good news reported, but could have been more informative/bullish, but maybe just his style.
Would prefer to see an 'in person' interview, similar to Morningstar/reuters/bloomberg style, but not sure we are that exposed to media coverage just yet.

Great volumes following the equally great RNS. A good rise after the closing auction too and can see opening up tomorrow.
Not getting carried away, but can see 2.50 as a good short term target. Still think 3p is a stretch too far, but I won't be complaining if we get there!

Volume was only around 13m when I went out at around 12.30.
RNS has certainly caused a flurry of activity.
Large volume days of 120m plus needed to keep the SP moving up.
2p has been under pressure, but can we get there and hold above before close today? If so, augers well for the rest of the week.

Yes 21ATS,
Solo have 2 days to notify the issuer (UKOG) of the change, i.e. going under 3%.
UKOG then have 4 days to release to the market.

They may already be under and the announcement imminent, perhaps UKOG are holding off until the 4 day limit due to the RNS today? We shall see in due course.
