Unfortunately too many directors see p/i’s as easy meat/cannon fodder. Why any different here? Although Alex did write a personal reply to one poster here before Xmas but didn’t answer the questions fully. Partially blamed the sector. True enough but it’s SO’s selling and the self-indulgent Options that have squished 4D’s shareprice. We had to pay £1:10p for each share…not 53p. Twilight robbery. Does not inspire faith and dedication from reasonably loyal holders! Short termies and shorters win out and the BOD know this. A certain failure of integrity there I feel.

The BOD are well sorted. £105k a year salary. Options have nullified their loss. Kick in teeth for us Placing buyees but it’s what they do. We are bottom of food chain. I personally think we are entitled to a whinge being human. I’m on 55-60% loss but I know I’m helpless and not rich and it was my decision.
But happy with BOD? Not at all . Appalling timing. And late with updates. Where is P Cancer? And Alex never answered the question about SO selling. But I have to put up and shut up because I am a helpless plankton with a Sargasso Sea iinvested.

And I was generalising . It’ll apply to some or most of the trolls. Their other reasons I could speculate and list. But I have found that unhappy . disturbed or spiteful people jump in on chatsites for no objective reason. Other reasons? Shorting etc? Sure yes.
This is a very unsettling time. I have lost a fortune and am now losing much of the rest on paper here. I did not expect the govt. to not pay NCYT and to lose 60% of a large amount there. Very unusual event. Or for simultaneous SO dumping and options and delayed results etc. My naivity.
But we make our own bed. Just have to roll with it if we still wish to hold.
It is sh** for many of us but director buys+ Merck keep me here. SO has not run a wise fund to have to sell in this way . But he may be complicit.
