These milestones were set with 4D at about £1 if I remember right.
With options at 85p, Oxford will be in here longer term than cop-out Ollie. And they’ll want a lot highr than 85p.
It is hard sitting on humungous losses. But this was impossible to call.
It really yet again all comes down to standardised efficacy of the science. Forte were a one-horse pony. Lots of irons in fire.

All I will say is that I resonate with concetns-you have mentioned them before-but 53p options implies their path is to have the s/p significantly above that point having put £1.10 p Placing option(£1m each) in. That’s a lot of money to flush away or gamble without faith in the outcomes.A lot of outcomes.

Phil you are right. They have offered Oxford options at 85p. Encouraging. Need to pass certain milestones which are not explained in RNS. I believe $30 mill on loan is interest free.
There are so many areas 4D are involved in here. And some , like asthma and IBS are a huge proportion of population. Why else would Merck and Oxford be here??
I do not expect a s/p recovery soon but the science is what it all depends on and all results to date are positive. Segment sentiment and Oliveira selling are where the proble has been. Company and activities have not changed.

But it also was involved in pulmonary disease and cancer.

You do blow hot and cold and that is why posters cannot be trusted-knowledge of biomes or not. I have 2 degrees, an MA and 2 post grad diplomas. Means Jack S*** in the real world. And just because it’s a pharma does not mean that its information or credibility is not trustworthy simply because of results. I remember your hot posts of last year singing the praises of 4D’s “products”. Now you blow cold. I don’t blame Robins.
4D is a credible company-pharma or not. Shareholders just get sha* upon generally by any company. This one no different.
Shareholders are at bottom of food chain.
Ultimately with a million in each at £1.10p plus 53p for remaining purchases for 4 years. these guys are not gonna be happy with selling out for 80p ( half way).
Very low share prices bring pain and weariness after a while. That’s what the market wants shareholders to feel when they want shares cheaply through weariness. It works a treat.
None of this is meant personally-don’t take it as such. I just think all ( unless abusive) should be tolerated and I am curious why you now blow cold in so many ways. It wasn’t like that in September when you openly celebrated that buy at 78p!
No-one should look up to anyone else on a chatsite. I am invested in an oilie. Been in it for 8 years…thick and thin. I know the BOD personally and the company like the back of my hand. (Sadly the very globally well-known CEO suddenly died in August . )
People used to look at me for information because I know so much….but because of so many variables, it doesn’t help. We should not idolize anyone we haven’t met.

We need to look after ourselves too. Like they are doing. I have been taken for a ride so many times. In the stock market and in life…since the beginning sadly.
If the science aids mankind then superb. But the BOD providing that service did not have much care for us right now. I don’t like that. They have looked after themselves first.
Yes they+ Oxford + Merck have shown faith in the science. But faith is a difficult thing.
The shorters are not bothered right now. SO doesn’t give a monkeys. So ..like Porky said……4D really should be addressing where we are now at 42p but it’s not gonna happen imo.I’ve been here too often. They have made sure they are ok with their 53p options. We don’t matter but are between rock and hard place. Loads of people ( lth) have low averages here now. In the fifties most . Some still high. Some over £1 sure.
But I feel my 90p is just too far off now and I can’t crystallize it . Done that too many times. Mankind may benefit but shareholders will be neglected in the meantime as usual.

Trouble with shorting is that leeches are so hard to get off. You have to burn them with a cigarette. Setting shorts on fire brings a satisfying image to mind in 4D’s case.

Having just had a moan myself, I am going to suggest to all REAL investors here that we starve the shorters of posts.
Negativity ( including mine) feeds mm’s, shorters, advantage-takers of any nature.
I expect more manipulation .
So therefore maybe best to cut out any negativity or even any posts at all.
If it goes down, so be it. Shorters can only gain by buying back at some stage. A short brings nothing until covered. SO will do what he wants but would be selling at a loss even if he continues.
No point whingeing, complaining etc.
It will be how it happens.
Can’t take it? Sell and give your shares away.
But my suggestion is not to fight the monster buy feeding it.
Sell out or hold and stay negatively stumm. What’s the point??

I still think it is a waiting game.
The options are at 53p and Bod have still put in a million each. So they still have to pay 53p for whatever they buy each year.
Oxford have options at 85p. Correct me ( not the latest shorting twits) if I am wrong.
At 42p this share has simply been shorted down. The stock market is so corrupt now that SO could have been party to all this in many ways. There is no overseeing body. The FCA does nothing and the SFO can easily be avoided by having no emails. And shorters of the world uniting( USand Australia) Ocean Cap and Bronte…..is not illegal. The rich get richer. By fair means or foul…usually foul. And money gives them perceived impunity…see Savile and Epstein and oh so many others.
I expect more playing around for at least another month or two. Greed has no limits.Shorting is a dirty but legal game.
As abusive greed usually wins , I expect a protracted wait.
But if the Bod had no faith in the products, I doubt they would be presenting and refunding via Oxford, who require goals to be met. I am at 90p so don’t expect to see that now. Too many people including Bod have looked after self at expense of others.
I have however made great mistakes over decades by selling when I should have waited. I lost half of almost all I had in 2014 in a Rights Issue with POG. I sold my piddly remaining bit at 4p. It got to 30p+ a year ago. I would have got it back. Same for Ocado/Glencore/Man group/Bwin/Plus500 etc etc. What irks me though is Bod greed and self-serving at our expense. Duncan and Alex obviously do not have my sense of morality. I think less of them and hope they read this.
A life well lived is what I care about. Many multi millionaires I have personally known have died young. 2 last year alone.
They often lose sight of what is really important in life. Even where I work, so many teachers just don’t get it. All walks of life. BOD no different. “I’m alright Jack”.
