Needs some not inconsiderable planning and number-crunching to invite p/i’s.
A good job, if it comes about, cannot be rushed. 10% of holders needed to call EGM. 50% to eject on the day. This takes time if holders are willing .It will just stay a fabrication unless actually wanted and scrupulously applied.
I would even suggest that purely the threat of it may have positive consequences.
The share price is being actively trashed now.

French shareholders can be invited to vote as can we via an RNS for an EGM .( I am fluent in French FWIW. )
We are being robbed and can sit back or stand up for our cash.

Call a group EGM as shareholders. Even depose them with 50% votes. ( Invite votes from disillusioned holders abroad. Plenty of them) . Hard to organize but better than being fleeced as we are.
The BOD have ZERO care for shareholders and want us out. They may even have a different agenda as this low price is not coincidental. Ponder on this.

I think it is getting very close to the time for a peasants’ revolt. I think enough private shareholders could force an EGM and demand action on many counts.
I did this before with Infrastrata and we actually deposed the BOD.
It is not that hard to organize. Directors do not hold many shares. Nor institutions.
I would be happy to organize this.
Over 50% of votes at an EGM can depose the board. Yes there can be others to replace them. We had no trouble.
The BOD here ( as in Infa) are taking large salaries and bonuses for doing Fanny Adams. A small diagnostics company which deeply neglects shareholders.
Shareholders, once organized, can improve their position. Otherwise we will see ourselves obliterated .
I believe we can do something. It is not fantasy. Been there.

This is not just a normal price drop. It is being actively brought down. I have never in 35 years of trading known such a neglectful company…..never ever. ( Maybe 4D). Nor a more secretive one. They want the price down. CLEAR AS DAY.

I have no doubt whatsoever (!!) that the BOD is complicit in this drop. Have been for a long time, but never more clearly than now.
They are 100% not on the side of shareholders( we are cannon fodder) and they actively WANT the share price as low as possible. No other scenario in my mind after all I have experienced. It is NOT just the Sword of Damocles of the DHSC. The more this goes on the more convinced I become of this. They have a mischievous plan up their sleeve and are fully untrustworthy.
The moon-landing was real . This lot have a personal agenda -no doubt. You are right-it does not add up!!
How low will this go??

I do not want to join the frustrated attacking going on here. But fgs leave p100 and other people alone. Unless they are abusive. I have not seen that. Just back off and in some cases be a little more mature in your reactions. I read nothing out of order here and all it does is ruin free discussion. I doubt anyone is losing more than me, so , yes I am invested.
Don’t ruin any free speech by choosing abuse.

Jrdc. Point taken fully. Maybe you are fully right.Maybe there is a glimmer of truth in what I say. I think you are probably more right than me, but I still feel there is behind the scenes share manipulation going on. The dispute could drag on for years yet. I have been involved in 9 court cases. One took 7 years (1981-88). I am in one now that has taken 2 1/2 years. A minor one. My son had an admitted liability case ..no dispute. Took 3 years. Lawyers often spin it out and courts have such a backlog.I kind of feel that the years of this dispute ahead mean it is not the cause of the relentless drop. We were at £1:20 2 months ago. What has changed???DA hardly dented the s/p. So I do come back to my assertion that it was factored in at £1:20 and 90p and 64p. There is more going on here. I do not believe it is just all down to the dispute. A 50% drop for no reason in 2 months?
And it is very easy to project onto DA. We have no idea what his intentions nor demise were about.
And governments do lose cases. If it goes to court. Only 2 of my 9 made it to court. I have one in January going to court probably. The defendant’s company is just pig-headed. But I know the law. The defendants are fully in the wrong, but it doesn’t guarantee success. Anyway some cases are settled in court doorways-truth.
I am not trying to be cantankerous nor say you are wrong. I don’tbknow. The latest s/p drop does not add up to me …nor tthe DHSC in my genuinely humble ( I hope) opinion.

I’m so cynical re.Nov. that I just come and have a moan now and then and then bottom-drawer. It’s all so inept, lazy , corrupt, secretive etc. that I don’t trust them a millimeter. I empathise with ypur loss p100 and I bought in the £9 originally and have lost a large 6 figure sum which I’ll never get back. So I fell for it. But don’t blame the company for dodgy goods. It is not even the goods being under scrutiny, but the service provided or not. I know the DHSC …I have a friend who works there and they are a lumbering inept monolith. It was the govt. who decided to prosecute really. They have no morality. I know as I am involved with them viacmy MP monthly. Boris’s was as corrupt as it gets. Truss incompetent. Sunak to be seen. Plenty of smoke without fire re this claim. But it has years to run yet.
