Just seen the display of disgustingly manipulative 500 shares which caused the spike this morning. This is like the bundled securities which caused the Lehman’s crash 2008. The market has become divorced from the company. Present market disgusts me.

I have one going to court Feb. Minor. 2yrs 2 months. Had 7-8.
4 in the last 6 years. None shorter than 18 months…even the admiited responsibility one took 2 1/2 years.
Longest was 6 years . High Court.
Defendants destroyed evidence!! Waste of time but solicitors got rich.
Corporate is often longer than private and follows very strict protocol. It’d be good to hear some evidence of length of time involved in other dhsc disputes.
No decisions forthcoming for long while (IMO)…I actually have no idea of course. But less than 18 months would surprise me. Lawyers usually spin it out when they can too, but it’s a bit tighter these days. In the Eighties…6 years , my solicitors took the p*** but it is tighter now. I don’t see any reason to speculate on the outcome.
All cases are separate and on their own merit and there is nompoint comparing with another which is not related in essence, especially as we don’t know what the issue really was.
I am still curious as to the real reasons behind this relentless drop. Great buying opportunity though IMO.

This driving down of price has intent. It has been on the cards for a week or so to go below 60. The autobot trades are just a joke-blatant easy manipulation.

Not worth talking about DHSC dispute on here really. It has a long way to run yet .

This drop has other reasons.

I think there is truth here. But not just for covid. It’s winter. The NHS is overstretched already. There is going to have to be a reliable way of screening patients-and keeping people at home. And why should it be different in other Nortgern Hemisphere countries. And airports perhaps. All speculation. But we’ll see. The last 2 winters ( even post vaccine) have been horrific. The dispute?? It’ll run on and on. So anything said on that is also pure speculation too. But to consider Ncyt will lose it is as ridiculous as the contrary. We don’t know. But to be at 60p is a crazily opportunistic price given the upside potential.

I said this over a year and a half ago. People thought it would be over and done with by end 2021. This could be years yet and no-one has a clue about its outcome. Dhsc are a lumbering monolith run by mandarins and Boris’s corrupt govt. took advantage. It means nothing. Pay no attention to vacuous doom-mongers.

Well yes Didi. It’s got no debt. Cash in bank. Lots of scientific know-how. And it’s winter. There are a lot more good things. It’s just that the shareprice drop is very disheartening. But lots of people bought this p.m.
Does anyone have good news about Ncyt? Yes of course. It’s just a secretive difficult company in so many ways. The BOD ..OMG.

China has its own testing.
But winter in Northern Hemisphere does matter.
It could indeed be time to buy.

No covid is not finished!!! They said that last year. And covid is only one coronavirus.
I remember avian flu, swine flu, ebola cases and many more bugs in my time. Asian flu decimated the population in the Sixties and I had it. Screening is never finished!! Viruses evolve as we know.
Ncyt is no longer focussing on covid anyway!!

But I do not buy into the dispute being the reason. Otherwise this would have happened long ago.
Nor potential absence of sales as we know from October that they are looking for new markets so we don’t have a clue. To read in that the markets “know” something is also the usual complaint for which there is no evidence. Ncyt usually slumps .Or rockets. It doesn’t ebb down like this. So I proffer that mm’s have their own reason..perhaps to create a market for the shares. There was a big sale earlier. To be honest I don’t have a clue.. I will go with the poster yesterday who said don’t look at 2 months…look at 2 more years. So be it.
But it’s certainly winter now. In Europe, Candinavia and the US and Canada. Therefore the market for testing should grow. Even here in the UK. December-Feb are the worst times for NHS patients. A and E depts. are struggling and around a third of beds are taken because of the lack of social support at home on patient release. And it’s only November. So if they really care about their products , the next updates should say. I am trying to look for positives .
This is a weirdly run secretive company.
