Avct has huge promise. No evidence of a cash-call. But the market might want you to think there is.

Avct is a very (!!) manipulated share.

Buy or just bottom-drawer. Only 4 weeks ago AvCT declared no cash-call imminent in an RNS. They also hold cash. I don’t believe in fairy-godmother investing, but I see this ALL the time. If not this share, then another. 3 months ago was PFC which reached 52p I think. Now around 79p. I could mention many more. The oldest trick in the book is to incite investor panic. Goes right back to the 1920’s and ever since.

Sell out of fear, forget it, or buy.

Avacta os a very complex one to call.

May be a point worth making that this is just market day-trading profiteering going on. Trading range 98p to 102p. Like many, I am on a loss but been in Avacta nearly years and it is prime plasticine.

I too am an anxious trader, but I know trasing games when I see them.

AIM is not interested in facts or valuation, just short term profit.

Trading houses and market makers’ job is to make profit. The games they use are darkly fascinating as much as the software is behind it. It is not a fair and even market. You have to recognize that true valuation is not what a share price sits on any more. It is a casino market, particularly in AIM, and is massaged to relieve the p/i of his/her money in whatever way they can.

You carry on believing what you believe. RM has let this share sink unaided yes. But recent drops are pure manipulation to incite fear. In your case aggression.

I first boughtcSNG in 2020. Capitalised and suffered.

But in many many shares I see the same. Mm’s read the fear or panic and drop the price in order to either set off stop losses ( which I don’t do) or panic selling.Yes I have an agenda in that I am a holder, but I would just like to encourage people to hold the faith-although ultimately it is not my business. I just see too many trolls here trying to depress, and the market likes to scare.

Do not underestimate the institutions/lenders( e.g.Tyrus)plus 4 ‘repiutable’ banks. . They may have instigated this drop for their own purposes. They rarely lose .

No I sold Ncyt at a very painful loss.

Stocks are likely to stay well into the Thirties …even going lower, during this Subscription period. The market does not want the shareholder subscription to happen . Sells are organised to bring price down as much as there are sellers.

I would not think 45p will be reached for a while , as the gas field income is a long way off. But if anyone wanted that investment, now is the time to buy.

TXP went 10% below Placing price in December. Some stocks never recover.

Tyrus have a bog Placing investment here and I wonder what they want to happen.

Institutions control the price ultimately.

They may want the $35m to be used. Big profit there.

One thing for sure..s/p will be here or lower for a while imo.

The $8m shareholder fundraise will fail.

Placees will be on a nearc20% loss.

3 weeks to AGM.

It was a rushed job due to need for ‘going concern’ status.

I an’t help but think Tyris will be benefiting from this as it was fairly predictable.

The dust has to settle first. 2 months maybe.

TXP’s December fundraise in December was a mild game-play where the price stayed below placing for a while before clumbing significantly. They too are debt-bound, and needed 6 months for payoff.

The directors will need to address this predictable event at the AGM. 3 weeks .

3 weeks of turmoil methinks. But the vultures will be filling their bellies.

Surprised shorters have not jumped in.

Not worth crystallising a big loss.

Best to leave for 3-6 months and see how preparations for the gas well pan out.
