It is not that simple. I wish it was. Trades do not need a buyer/seller. Mm’s accumulate stock themselves as do other intermediaries. The market is certainly not as straightforward as you say. I know this to my chagrin, having believed this was the case and being taken for a ride-several times. My naivity.

I have zero doubt that this stock is being” directed”!!

I have seen too much and learned too much to not recognize it ( wish I had before)!

There is clearly a repeat 10k seller on the go here.

So why do the buybacks not counteract the selling???

It is painful to see one’s very large loss grow larger ( ave.£1.18 now). GGG must empathise here. No idea how many shares others hold. I am surprised Kestrel’s buy had no effect along with the ongoing bb. There is clearly a seller but nearly 200k shares are bought back each day fGs.

Doomsayer perhaps, but I don’t see the bb making a jot of difference when one trade of 10 shares seems to bring the price down 1p. Certainly not a fair and balanced market in this share. There is an agenda at play.

Definitely manipulation to bring rice down here. To what end? I am on a stonking loss already, and expect many others too.

Not that it seems to support the share price. If Kestrel wanted to buy the company, they don’t have to fork anything out, just wait!!

When is the bb due to complete? Is it by the next AGM or is it not explicit??

Left me quite confused now. I don’t really see why this s/p is so low. I know it can go lower-there is no bottom for any share! But over 50% is held by instis, and that can’t make them happy unless they are complicit( no idea on that). Like probably evefyone, sitting on a huge loss which just gets bigger , and I am the monkey holding the salt in the tree-I ain’t gonna sell and crystallize the loss. Rather wait open-endedly. Prob until next year. Still finding the posts interesting though. But I still suspect manipulation for some readon-right or wrong.

The manipulation is clear in the nature of the trades. P/is don’t buy/sell 0 shares , 10 shares, 5 shares etc. It is seen in many shares now. Trading didn’t used to have algo-controlled suppression . Been trading 35 years. Wish not so old but seen so much change, especially algo-control.

GGG. I am with you on this. I was screwed by Trin who took a cash offer having destroyed valoe by 80%. BOD did very well. I lost the 80%. And others of course. One guy lost £800k out of £1,200,000 invested. I led the 325 strong shareholder action group against 4D directors who went into planned liquidation 2022. £50k legal fees but they had it stitched up. CEO Duncan Peyton was a lawyer. Ruined scores and scores of lives. And the Hambros with POG and Ncyt which fell from £14 to 47p and the CEO absconded. Not like I don’t recognize shenanegans now, and this beats the hallmark of being set up for a sale next year or something we have no idea about. I recognize the early signs. 100% manipulated. Sequenced minor algo trades and trades of £0 , both to suppress the bid. BB not reacting hugely via volume and not affecting the price. I hate conspiracy theories, but this certainly reeks of corruption, manipulation and greed at play.

Oh and BOD’s read bulletin boards. I am glad.

Yes I know about Shanta. Trin was sold at 50% of the shareprice a year previous and we all lost fortunes. Loyal shareholders. Trust no-one on the stock market, especially AIM. This may well be a stitch-up in the making. If we had got together earlier we could have prevented Trin’s theft from us, with 10% of the shares. But people trusted too much and did not join the shareholder action. They were wrong. This share is clearly being manipulated increasingly lower and the BOD do not want to prevent it.

Asking why is crucial. Do not trust. I agree with concerted communication, whether they pay attention or not. We could be shafted. I have been shafted by Ncyt, 4D, PoG and Trin. Why? Because I was naive and too trusting. Crucial to exercise shareholder communication and pressure.

Fair does.

Manipulated. Agreed. Clearly. Possible skullduggery to wear down holders and also to facilitate a lowball cash offer. Kestrel may be in with the Bod and other fund managers. Forgive me for my harshness.. I have only this week come out of exactly this. It was hidden and devious.

Much goes on behind closed doors. I received the takeover cash from Trin this week. The took their agreed merger partner to court and spat on them for a cash handout from a rival. Lowball to say the least. I lost 60%. It was machinated for the benefit of the BOD who took massive one year salary plus their free shares converted to cash.

I would encourage all to write in, but with the caveat that this may well be cognizantly wanted at this price. Greed is a powerful thing.

I would encourage those who can to copy and paste the letter or even write their own slightly amended version. Easy. And dend. A reply would be graceful and speak volumes about IR.

A very good letter indeed. Although we cannot know how seriously it is taken, I would send my own copy if I could. Am abroad with only iphone. I will send it when back on Tursfay. I think your points need serious addressing. I hold a lot of TIG. The market is factoring in the bubacks. Indeed the last one was only C70k shares. I alsolutely resonate with the possibility of a lowball offer from Kestrel, and fear the BOD may even possibly be complicit in this if they want to take the cash and run. I have just emerged from a company which did this ( Trin). I lost a fortune. It was devious but worked. I would hope the other large shareholders would pressure the BOD on this as they don’t tend to pay much attention to us small-fry.

I was thinking the same having had a good look at the C54% insti-held. Riedl owns about 1m shares but what does it matter when you earn that a tear. CFO does not hold many. Buybacks have increased a fair amount in 4 days. To be at 84p is however a large negative for a company largely owned by quasi-institutions. Unusual in AIM. No director buys of course. It occurs to me that something may be going on behind closed doors. This is not a fully kosher company. The leak last Friday should be investigated!
