Gord..all I can add is that I think the price is being held down here to allow buying( Kestrel). There are all sorts of ways to keep the price down. I see it at work here all day. Clever little algoses after a buy. Plenty of buying too. It could be a set up for a cash purchase…or a score of other things I don’t know about.

Kestrel , directly and indirectly, now own over 26% of the stock. They could be capitalising on the low price, or have a longer term plan. The price is being kept here in order to buy up.

Agree with caution. Seller may return. Needs to clear. Need positive newsflow to make real difference. Clearly I don’t believe in chartism. Zak Mir was enough to put anyone off for life. I feel TIG is a waiting game. But it is, imo, a very good entry point right now. I , too, am on a loss, but have brought it down a little. But to buy in right now and, as WBuffet said, do a Rapunzel and leave it….makes it decent long term and especially in a SIPP. Too early to be excited I agree. I would wait thiscone out until well into next year, but it may ( just may) be worth the wait.

Not to forget Kestrel Purchase yesterday. Put a bottom on the share( as yet!).

This is an interesting rise. My caution prevails, but it has snuck up nicely from 77.4 .

I have just come out of a cash purchase of Trin. Very badly run since its founder died in 2022 ( he was an oil guru-set up Centrica). The leechesxleft over screwed everything up left to them. Takeover by Txp agreed but pressure from 51% of shareholders allowed a rival cash offer to be accepted. Much more. Court sanctioned, now delisted. I got cash , albeit on a large loss due to inane BOD. So many companies are exiting the London Stock Exchange to become private. Saves a fortune( £500k for AIM) and no prsky shareholders. It seems to be the way right now.

I think Stas had a good take on it as a potetial tool in a big toolbox. To take it this seriously is wrong.

I can see how my post could be seen as offensive, but there has to be a place for disagreement on threads . Shares are multi multi variable. It’s a bit like the übersimplistic view of the market pivoting on each sell has a buyer and vice versa. Vastly more complex. Been trading 35 years. Had to study Fibonnacci and all that stuff for post-grad economics. They pulled it to pieces.

Don’t expect a director buyback. Very rare. Especially on AIM. They don’t need to. They are comfy. Rely on Zeus. And Kestrel. It’d help but ain’t gonna happen .

Can’t count on Kestrel reaching 30%. They may just be serving their NY clients. But the lowest they could offer is £1.46. Me? I don’t see it. Why? Because they know we want it. Irrationa rationale on my part.

I can’t see them paying £1.46 . I’d be happy but the market rarely fulfils shareholders’ desires.. That’s double where we are. Directors just need to meet EOY forecasts to support the s/p. Buyback is doing little. A better Q4 and some improvement with Shinez, asset sale , a further buyback..whatever.

They just need better results. It is Xmas. Despite the RR effect ( Rachel), perhaps there could be more activity. I witter. See what December brings. I am hoping 77p is a floor. We’ll see.

I agree that buybacks can have limited effect when mm’s factor them in. They can just raise EPS. Reduction in shares makes a takeover more likely. And I agree they should cancel them as I have seen them used for bonuses and giveaways before. In fact in a company I was in until last week. They did just that!!

But this is hugely undervalued regardless. EOY promises need to be fulfilled. Communication with the market as GGG suggests would also be prudent. Nope.

appreciate info. thanks. i bought today at 78p and 77.7 too. brought me down a little. it just felt so overdone, whether i am right or wrong. re conspiracy stuff, i am happy to be deluded kg. i wish i had recognized being scammed by 4d, pog, ncyt, trin, etc etc. at the time. i was trusting and should have recognized the thefts at work. wish i had been ‘delusional’ then. aim is a cesspit of vipers out to scam you. i have been politically involved in corruption in the stock market for many years. more people would benefit from being conspi******s, whether right or wrong. the friday before results should def. be investigated as insider trading though. fca useless. i hope i am wrong re. manipulation here, but still believe it. i have seen too much. and lost too much.
