I still believe that the s/p may creep down again. AIM does that. I do still hold that 22-25p is a decent opportunity here. Any higher and I would adapt my opinion. T and T have finally made decent fiscal reforms re. sPT on oil and the oil price will stay firm in today’s environment, Trump or not. Shale oil is very limited particularly in S. Dakota. Texas is better. But the motherwells( Tier 1) decline viciously and it g gets more expensive. Trump ir rhetoric on legs( irrational too). Gas? Txp need to renegotiate the fixed prices. Worth knowing that T and T has an Article 11 if lenders ever cause problems. It kept Trin afloat. I would always urge caution in AIM and T and T ( it is still overtaxed and the discount is just another tax!!!) but that does not mean that an investment -at the right price!!!- has no merit. Caution, risk management, not overinvesting, all errors I have made. Baby does not have to be thrown out with the bathwater.

At 50%, directors can do what they like with the company. Sell/go private etc. Greed is king.

Be prepared. That’s AIM. I don’t go back on my other posts though. 22-25p fair price. Any company can take you for a ride, especially on AIM . As long as people know this. I safly do!

I would also add…whenever/if ever this does spike or rise, however long off, whatever the CEO might say, BEWARE THE PLACING. Nil vergessum. Ever!!!

I seriously urge caution in any AIM company, or any company at all!! Trust no-one. I am talking to those people fortunate enough to get in with a smidge( why risk more?) at 25p and to those suffering on larger losses who can afford it but with caution.

My aim was to support those in pain, but warn them of the inherent risks in trusting and in AIm in particular.

I do however feel that at 22-25p, it has merit here.

Oh and I am not a ramper. I always urge caution, particularly in AIM. But at 25p, I see this as a seedling.

Been an investor in T and T 11 years now. Feel I know it very well and seen much change, particularly its political business ethos-for the better.

Buy now. Reap rewards in 2025.

I was in Trin and watched it collapse after Bruce died. Utter incompetence. I say buy Txp now and reap big rewards late 2025. You don’t hear me, an AIM victim, say such things readily.

In response to your first post….I agree. Trust no AIM CEO. And yes they could screw things up further, but I can’t see Kestrel buying if there is a hint of this. They are clearly keeping the s/p as low as poss. atm. Not sure I can see £1 anytime soon. They have an agenda. And that agenda always involves personal gain ( greed). It is being controlled for sure. BOD….interested in selves and personal gain, not us, but cannot ignore Kestrel.

With 2 hours left of trading , it looks like the buyback is on a go-slow. S/p has pretty much frozen.

I have no doubt that someone has an agenda and is gaining from this. The manipulation yesterday was blatant so Tig is clearly being controlled.

There was a seller today, but also buys. Either way, 92p seems rather ridiculously low considering the bb’s, FCF, Ebidta, etc. If it was a dud, I cannot see Kestrel accumulating as it has, nor FIL and the NED.

Pullbacks are always possible, but we are only 3p above the initial slump pice at 88p.Much has been bought since then.

Ggg thanks 4 empathy. I accumulated about £400k through sensible trading for 15 years and lostcit all on dogs. I was naive. No longer. It’s why I say give Txp a year. And even then who knows? Mgt of Tig?? They won’t buy and support their own company. In itself they lose my resepct for that. Not supporting shareholders,? The new norm it seems. I was trading 30 years ago. My first share was BT in 1986. Shareholders used to be treated with honour.

From experience, we just get scoffed at. Can’t speak for all companies’ reps, but it is not uncommon. Just not getting a reply is hugely ungracious. Deserves a complaint. They all have compliance regs. and a procedure.
