Little tad of salt on top as higher prices are relied upon ( buy never guaranteed) and increaaed growth depends most of all oncwhether Mr. Imbert tsked his finger out of that placecand puts it around a fountain pen. I'd settle fir a computer keyboard if he wants to email it. Growth can only happen when energy companies know the score. IMF may know more than we do. Im just being the Grinch at Xmas I think

We have a persistent seller ( at 14.5 /14.25). Been there some while.No sense to me apart from keeping bid down :-/

Thanks for the wishes. Hope you have a good break too. Stress? Well no better but family deaths and medical things are par for the ourse and nothing to do with Trin. I too feel that this year was consolidation. SPT is just a joke. No point mentioning any more. Short-termism. Trinity is bery well managed. Very astute and experienced management who now have corners covered. BD was right....Trin should not be in AIM. AIM is tunnel-visioned. It's very much a 250 company and apart from mkt cap ought to be ftse 100 in its ethos and management. I'm still quite stressed as all my eggs are in one basket - but it is a highly undervalued basket. Hence my decision to risk that stress. I sold another share on a loss yesterday to buy some Trin at 14.75. Right or wrong. More eggs. Hey..I feed my own stress :-) because risk is inherent. Own worst enemy.. My frequent visitation here is because Trin is for me so important. I do feel that AIM is not the right venue for Trin though as it is very myopic and tunnel-visioned. Short-term even. So...stress is as bad but for different reasons( family/work/ health). Trin is more stable but deeply undervalued and frustrating-no thanks to Colm Imbert. 45p?? I think that's fair but IMO not for several years. Target 33/37p...IMO also not next year. But I want to be wrong. I feel MM's will not let this above 25p no matter what comes about. I said this last Jan when people were crowing about 30p plus. I think 25p is sensible if too conservative next year. Been disappointed too many times. But I'd be happy with that . Not happy with 14p :-( 45p 2020 yes. But I don't care. As long as we see recovery I don't care how far or how quick. Will just try to live fully in the meantime. A task in itself. Here's to a true valuation in the not too distant future though. MM's ..loosen your undies and let it go a bit !!! Been holding on too long. Next week will prob see more 2017 games and no recovery .Dip even. Tiny volume. Here's to 2018 and a wake-up call to reality. Imbert......look at the big and real picture and do your job responsibly. It can be a win-win for all if you do.

I'm not one for speculating but I don't see many downward pressures atm. Lotsvof political instability. Shale not a big issue.Increase in demand over next 2 years.Little explor. back-up.$60 possible very soon. Almost 58.4 atm. If it breaks 60 for a while who knows? 14p is a weird weird price for such a stable profit-making investment. Low-risk. Producing not prospective. 30% down in 6 weeks. Same price as mid-Feb. SPT does not seem a strong enough reason to have dropped so much. AIM Mm's have corced it down and don't want it to rebound. Not sure why. Shaking is useless.Does not yield shares. Only having a background buyer justifies this activity IMO. Ultimately I don't know.

It has been pushed down here and is being carefully kept here. Not sure why.It is a ridiculous price which benefits no-one unless they are buyers. Not been too many of them of late. Unless it's drip buying which is possible. Had some today. Definitely set to be suppressed. I bought some at 14.75p and in the very same minute there was an AT sell to stop it rising. Set by computer. Someone wants Trin this low. Look at the last silly AT sell to keep it at 14.25. I don't have a clue why. Unless it is in order to buy.. what is the point?? Can't benefit holders. Shorting unlikely IMO. Weird trades.

Agreed. Mr. Imbert wanted his pound of flesh this quarter. He may do the same again. Factoring in SPT is sensible. Don't trust governments' promises. A bit of a home truth. I still feel 14.25p is a joke and manipulated down. It was more last Feb. when things were less certain. Important that you mention the accelerated paydown of debt. That's what it all hinges on. It is Trinity's aim..as mentioned in Sep's meeting. All over for this year I think. January and February will be interesting. But I have to admit...I have an inherent mistrust of politicians from personal and life experience. I was expecting to be let down. However...thank u. Good solid post

Mm's actually behaving very rationally by giving up the stop loss tactic and raising the bid to see if they can steal a few. Rational next move on their part. IMO will fail anyway. Not lost plot...just don't understand Trin like we do I feel. I agree...2018 hopefully bring more important things to discuss.

Sure. But I think the weak sellers have mainly departed. Sure we have short-termers. JFK buys cheap and flips for one. Fair does. Why not? But stop-losses or panic sellers are in my opinion in the past. I don't feel treeshaking is gonna succeed any more and tgey will have to wake up to that. Raising the bid might...but it'd have to exceed 16p to catch the 15p buyers. I don't feel the Mm's really know what they are doing. They may think they do. So did Cameron and May ( Brexit).
