I concur. Almost all governments work on this principle of crisis management simply by default. And the individuals are usually absolutely no more competent than you or I. They just happen to be in the job. I said exactly this to my MP on Friday and he is a rarity. A good MP. If Adrian and crew manage to put this together good for them.If not I for one lose a lot of money. I'm still willing to give benefit of doubt but it hurts at 0.42p.60 % loss. It's a hard one. This govt. seems to be very inefficient re renewables. All the hype 5 yrs. ago has proved to be hype.A few more offshore windfarms. Gas and oil are staple. Look how gas prices spiked in US this week because of the freeze. Renewables don't cut. Nuclear is becoming too expensive and risky I feel. I am a profound opponent of nuclear anyway for security reasons. I still have no idea where this is likely to go but I'm willing to go with the team even if I moan a lot.

I like your acronym ! Good info coming from you two. There does seem to be no practical acknowledgement whatsoever by the govt. that I-magee is part of a real energy plan though. I have been( and still am) involved in politics a long time ( and become more and more cynical ad years roll by). Govts. usually work on crisis management or just screwing things up and causing crises. The UK govt. is particularly non-proactive in non-crisis areas. Green papers abound but they are often just tgat..green bits of paper. It takes a crisis to force most govts. into real action. It may be that gas shortage will have to hit first before the demand for I-magee is appreciated. Politics is the art of hushing things upnuntil you can't any more. Let's see what the AGM and post AGM meeting bring.Infa cannot just coast. That was the old way and IMO was just a cash factory for directors.

Thank you. You are kind. It's not quite up to breakeven yet but not that far away. It is a sound and solid company and investment and I recommend it at this price still-especially with present US weather and oil drawdowns. As regards Infa I hold slightly less as I sold some at 0.48 suspecting a drop. But I still hold ovee 4 million shares.. my average is too high at around 0.8p but I dare not buy any more and have little cash atm anyway. I have no idea where this is going as none of us can. But an AGM is a start. News would be a bonus. Thank you for your wishes. I wish you the same.

Well..I trade in and out too. Always have but is more important now as I have no other income since last July. I only trade stocks I know very very well- namely Trin at present. I have had fingers badly burned before. Market can suck you in . I generally do well trading Trin but it is a tiny proportion of what I hold in it. But it helps me to help my kids out ( one in NZ atm) . I have done very well this year trading Trin but have been caught out a few times. Holding is best. But I need the money!! I do think Trin is ridiculously undervalued if only because its team are such high calibre. Unusual in AIM. Trin should be FTSE 250. AIM is very myopic at times.I've got to know the MM games very well now though. I would like a true valuation once debt is settled. That's when I will feel more settled myself. I can't rest with such a large investment whilst it is so undervalued. It's almost like we need some closure-especially me and Man@ca !! 4 yrs !! Have good weekend yourself

Yes of course I've read them. I hold a very large amount of shares and don't do so lightly. I have however been in many companies who have said this or that is on the horizon and it fails to materialize. I am not pulling the carpet out.....just staying real.Talking with contractors is not the same as signing off a contract with them. Just look at the mess Carillion got themselves into. I don't know if Setanta is still holding 3% or anything/ or if McC still holds 3%. But it's a lot to put on the line. Doubting Thomas is not the same as Thomas the deramping Troll. Proof is in the pudding. I have much at stake and await news.

I agree.You often see this with AIM shares and occasionally in Ftse 250 and even 100 on occasions. In AIM it is often down to MM manipulation as it is very easy on low volume. I don't put it all down to the SPT either. I see many variables. I think we have a buyer or two. I think the MM's are controlling it very tightly....the AT sells at tge end of the day are like clockwork. They also shoot out AT sells when they have a buyer to bring the price down to accommodate. They also do the opposite at times...when they need shares to fulfil an order they will raise tge price to attract selling as tgey need shares. They did it today to accommodate a 125,000 share order ( prob not a p/i). WTI does not generally affect Trin immediately. If you watch a share like Tullow it correlates directly with Brent. Up or down. Its large debt repayments are directly facilitated by the oil price. T and T AIM oil shares do not seem to do this immediately . AIM operates much more on newsflow and manipulation as well as pure volume ( buy/sell). Big orders will cause MM's to elevate the price to attract sellers or shake the tree by dropping. Trin seems to be very tightly controlled right now. The CLN is a long while off so not relevant IMO. More relevant is the next FY 2017 report end Feb. SPT is just cuckoo-land to me. Mr. Imbert does not keep to his word so I have no faith. IMO it all comes down to buyer interest atm. I think it is there but the MM's are keeping Trin nicely down.Right now is tge perfect time to buy with such a ridiculously undervalued share price ( seeWhitman Howard buy price at 34p and CF at 39). 2018 oil supply/ demand imbalance should be in oil's favour.Dearth of exploration. Hence it wouldn't surprise me if January sees buyers before results. Trin was this price 10 months ago for goodness sake. Oil was $40.Onshore SPT is almost negated at $62.2/3 of production is onshore. So...yes I think Esm has it far too rigid. Lots and lots of bariables. Bery fristrating for me too. Thanks for reading. Could be buy or sell.Ot was after hours. At lose the sell price was 15.8. If a delayed trade...it is impossible to know for sure as it was too volatile. I sold some for 16.41 and that was the highest it got all day. I'd hazard a buy. Re. CLN. It's in essence all feasible but Esmerelda can be a little rigid sometimes. Yes they are aiming to pay govt. early but it's a lot to pay and SPT is an unknown quantity. Too many variables to be so rigid. But essentially yes..it is the aim of Trin to pay off govt. debt early in order to settle up CLN before January. Sale of onshore asset still also an unknown.

Certainly viable and necessary. But (!) they have to raise 4.2 mill. t match the EU grant on offer by late this year. Obviously raising funding has turned out to be no easy task.

Sometimes it's in order to worry investors into selling. Mostly it's just plain immaturity. Like trolls that u get on the internet. Some people get pleasure from others getting riled up at their immature and usually wildly incorrect comments. I hold a very very large amount here and am sitting on a 60% loss. It's not easy watching the share price sag. I don't think I'm alone in holding a lot. I bought because of knowing one of the new directors for quite a while. I am sad that no progress seems to have been made yet re. FEED funding and not hearing about the CER ( unless I've missed something). I'm just sitting on hands and waiting. Is very hard though as have had a tough few years. Seriously do not wish to be let down but you either sit in faith or sell out ( at humungous loss). The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. But hope springs eternal.

I haven't visited this chat-site for a while (month?)....part of reason was personal posts which i can't stand. It's why I don't do ADVFN. It's as much my issue if not more mine. Skin too thin.
