Gents.
I am relatively new to this, so my questions may be a bit daft, but hope you will bare over with me.
The opportunity in Alaska, what are the commercial ‘mechanics’ of that starting to generate revenue ? Will PANR need to do more explorative work to mature/validate the opportunity, or is the opportunity adequately defined for potential farm-in partners to know what they can get their hands on, and what value the opportunity will have to them ?
Additional, will production from this location be a year-round operation, or are there periods where production will not be possible ?
I have no idea but imagine there are thousands of opportunities like this one all over the world, why farm-in partners presumably can cherry-pick the ones that suit them best. I understand there are other opportunities in the area, so assume that potential farm-in partners do have a choice in whom to pick.
Also, is it likely to expect PANR will incur significant costs on this opportunity prior to finding a farm-in partner? I do understand that there has been interest, and if true I can only assume the said interest somehow fizzled out during looking into it. Had it been a ‘gold mine’ somebody presumably would have taken the opportunity off the table by now ?
At what point will it be safe to assume that no farm-in partner is adequately interested in the opportunity for them to sign up ? Now having independent validation of reserves, is it a matter of weeks, a couple of months, or could this drag on for a longer period ?
I can only assume that the value of this opportunity for any farm-in partner will hinge upon what PANR is expecting in return for the contract, and my guess is that’s what drives the competition. Is this (in your opinion) a find that will fly off the table, or more one that need some oiling to move anywhere ?
It’s probably rather obvious that I am trying to figure out what to expect..
Thanks a lot..
