If another buyer is willing to outbid the first it shows they really want it / really don’t want anyone else to have it. So hopefully if that situation arises they throw in a stupid offer that blows the first right out of the water.

By this point the BoD know how much they want for assets or full company. The buyers by this point also also have the ACF report to benchmark from so the winner is the one with the deepest pockets. DD has been going on for some time as well so buyers know whether they can afford it or not by now I would think

I know it’s been said that when flanks receive final approval it increases Eurasia’s resource x 7.5 fold but realistically how much would you expect the SP to increase to to reflect that if no news on offers had been released at the same time?
