Wrong, VTB and CITIC are negotiating to bring buyers to the table as I understand it. UBS have been brought in by EUA to work their side of the deal. Everyone gets paid but I believe only either VTB or CITIC will get paid on the buyers side

Not just UBS, but CITIC & VTB banks as well. Imagine if these banks were being paid an hourly rate how much the bill would be from the last 9 months and still ticking - hence my comment yesterday I’m very confident a deal will be made of some sort and each bank will do what they do best in making a handsome fee

Each to their own but you can see every morning there’s a handful of sells around £20k after the bell probably because there’s been no early RNS - but it could literally drop at any minute and the SP will instantly re-rate and be almost impossible to buy. After being patient for so long I wouldn’t be willing to take that chance

Also Chris if you’re not invested why you posting on this bb? Spend time on a share you believe in and make yourself a few quid

The SP is 2.5 x the price pre-suspension and holding steady, you’re trying to spread doubt backed up by zero facts.

Something doesn’t seem quite right about EUA?

The fact they have:
No debt.
Cash in bank.
Assets in the £billions Including gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium (May have missed some).
Some of these materials are in defective globally.
A Rock solid BoD.
Industry leading banks that have been engaged for months and approached EUA to broker a deal for them on a success fee basis.

That’s enough for now. Try and contest any of the points I’ve made above with information provided via RNS’s please....I think you’ll struggle

UBS weren’t assigned by EUA 8/9 months after CITIC & VTB approached them to sell, for no deal on assets or the whole company to occur. Plus member of the BoD aren’t paid a salary they get paid if the company or assets sell.

There’s too much time and money been spent by people / banks for some kind of sale not to happen in my opinion

I think it’s more of a question of who can’t afford to let this go to someone else. What EUA I’d say is a game changer and provide a lot of stability for any PGM major

We’ve got to be close news now of flanks and offers - all resource and relevant stakeholders have been in place for some time, plenty of time passed for due diligence to be completed by interested parties. Time is money so CITIC & UBS won’t be dragging their heals unnecessarily as it isn’t in their interest. They are being paid on a success fee basis not by the hour

I would be beyond happy with £1.80 a share

Reassuring to still see some circa £75k buys show up after hours yesterday around 19p. Not small change to be throwing at EUA so close the the highest SP seen in many years. Shows people still see a lot of upside from this position.

Personally I’d be happy with 50p, but when I start playing with the numbers for the value of assets I end up in pounds not pence. Best of luck to everyone whose rode this since last year I’m confident patience will pay before summers over

Hi Guys I’m Newbie, I’m really inexperienced and vulnerable to share trading but I’m going To come and try and spread doubt in EUA you’re invested in that’s risen 50 fold in less that 12 months because then I’ll get my 10p which will go towards giving my mum my £10 a week keep.

I get your point Calamari. My point is the buyer was willing to offtake £452k at the higher end of the weeks SP average. I understand sellers banking profit, fair play. But there’s still people will to take a big lump of shares at what I wouldn’t consider punt money. To be able to buy £452k’s worth of shares you’ve got to have some nowse to have that amount of money knocking about in the first place

Just a reminder the de-rampers that someone or an ii threw £452,000 at EUA on Friday @ 19.44p, there’s no arguing with that it’s there for everyone to see.

You don’t gamble that kind of money to make 10% you’ve got to be pretty sure that the SP is going to continue to rise and/or positive news is due.

Save the first bid until Monday morning please, kick off the weeks with a bit of excitement fingers crossed! Final bid by next Friday ideally
