Once bidding commences, if it hasn’t already, i wouldn’t think interested parties will be given all the time they need to make a counter-bid . Due diligence will have been done already and so I would think the auction will be relatively short....maybe a week or so from start to finish

I used to hope for 25p and anything over was a bonus. I’ll reset my prediction to 80p so please put me down for that. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if EUA went for over £1, I just don’t want to set expectation too high

I must say that of all the negative crap that has been spouted by the doom merchants since last October, none of their predictions have materialised. EUA have not delisted because of no Nomad, not a conspiracy to shift warrants and rule shareholders, proven assets etc etc quite the opposite, it goes from strength the strength.

Besides the point - why do you spend all day posting negatively on a share your not invested in? Straight question, give a straight answer

DORE - there’s no way EUA are on the brink in a multi billion dollar deal and are going to let the company delist because they remain suspended! They’ve got this far they know exactly what they’re doing and have all the right people around them to advise. EUA and the sales process couldn’t be in better hands

Other companies haven’t been waiting for today’s RNS to approach EUA on buying assets. Anyone serious will have been in there since the back end of last year to avoid a bidding war.

Owner going to want to wait that long? There’s been due diligence going on since last October I would think interested parties will want to pull the trigger sooner rather than later to start getting i restructure in place before winter hits and the ground freezes.

So big that when you think of the potential you doubt yourself because it seems unrealistic compared to the Mcap when suspended - but this could really be life changing!

Would have been all over the place like most other shares in March drunkin. Probably would have dipped like most other share when you should have sold and made good on the short you have, but you couldn’t because we’re suspended hahahahahaha.

Why would you clarify and un-suspend when in the midst of the biggest global pandemic since the Spanish flu? When you’ve a board of industry leaders in law, finance and mining and as acute as EUA you’d obviously use it as an excuse to to stay suspended to shield the SP from turmoil when brokering a deal on company assets. BoD as far as I can see have done a sterling job and read back through my posts I’ve never had any qualms with suspension I think it was a good move for us shareholders!

Spikey - pretty sure no contracts were ever signed with either CITIC or VTB so wouldn’t read to much in to it.

Go and spend some time on a board you are invested in. Try and make some money, that’s £20 a week board you pay your mum isn’t going to pay itself
