So why have EUA only recently signed engagement letters with UBS and CITIC then Moneymaker?

It’s to nobody’s benefit to waste the time and money engaging them for a sale if they intend to mine MT themselves.

EUA BoD know what their assets are worth and DS states in the interview last October they won’t be rush a sale and told the banks silly offers won’t be entertained so you’re wrong Moneymaker.

EUA have all the facilities in place to mine MT themselves don’t do not need to sell but will do if the price is right. It’s 9-10 months Since the RNS regarding CITIC & VTB approaching to broker a deal on asset(s) and engagement letters with CITIC and UBS have now been signed indicating figures are being offered close to the AFC report which may well have been commissioned by EUA as a benchmark of where to start.....before final approval of flanks of course

Dontpanic - you are talking absolute ****£! If the offer isn’t in line with the ACF report (which may well have been commissioned by EUA) then the BoD simply wont sell and will got at it alone. The BoD have all angles covered and there’s no way UBS are board for a low ball offer. There’s no way negotiations have been going on since last October when the banks approached EUA to consider selling asset(s) for less than their worth.
