Sunshine. I mentioned yesterday if EUA is going down the pan sell the lot now while it’s worth more but he never responded. Part of the Jesx, scoobie, sunshine sausage party!

I get the Chinese are capable of swallowing the whole of EUA up without a flinch financially but I just can’t see NN having no stake in the buyout when it’s literally on their doorstep?

If NN have no stake in this I’ll show my AR$€ On Manchester town hall steps!

Also think multiple buyers would bode better for negotiations for EUA as it wouldn’t be just one company trying to finance a take over of buy major assets so we may potentially get more per asset than selling as a job lot. Just a thought...

Agreed NTTG2 - we don’t know whether it’s asset(s) or full company until RNS’d. We do know that some of the BoD are only compensated on a sale as are CITIC and UBS. The sale has to be enough to cover everyone’s share.

SP has dipped, value of Eurasia asset hasn’t. The assets are what’s being sold

It’s like selling your house - the estate agent (CITIC) bring the buyer(s) to view and if you accept the price they appoint a surveyor to ensure everything is sound. You also appoint a solicitor / conveyancer (UBS) on your behalf to cover the legalities and facilitate the transaction.

You don’t appoint a solicitor (UBS) as soon as you put your house on the market, you wait until you have accepted an offer IMO.

I understand your point of view NTTG2, but I feel the ACF set the benchmark for a deal in Feb when interested parties will have been carrying out DD and if that was unrealistic for what they found then the FSP wouldn’t have been initiated with UBS appointed time negotiate on EUA’s behalf some 5 months later. They’ve been onboard for 2 months now and will have done their own DD before agreeing to the appointment. If there’s was a chance a deal wasn’t going to take place they wouldn’t have agreed to work on a success fee basis and would have charged set fee.

Non- discount placing a couple of weeks ago @ 22.5p. Do you think UBS & CITIC are going to put their reputations on the line of working Eurasia if they had intentions of stuffing investors? I definitely don’t think they would!

No great to see the red but think the SP is still almost 3 times the 7.2p we were at when suspended

Agreed Everest - last year when the Dmitry interview with Proactive was released the SP plummeted from 4p to 2p in the space of half an hour for no reason, and now look where we are!

Eggshell - what makes you think things haven’t gone to plan for the BoD?

-No information on negotiations or interested parties is available in the public domain.
-UBS we’re appointed on a success fee basis only a couple of months ago
- BoD secured a non-discounted raise of 10 million
- PGM prices hovering around all time highs
- No debt.

If things weren’t going to plan the FSP would have been canned by now and CITIC and UBS would have walked away which would have been RNS’d. They’re not going to dally around if there’s no money to be made

I’ve filter ascot or now anyway - I’m getting bored of keep tripping him up.

Resource better spent on focusing on
- UBS involvement
- Potential resource upgrade
- Strength of PGM market

The share price peaked at 29p a couple of weeks back, you could have probably sold at 28.5p if you were quick enough which if I had a sell out price of 30p I’d have considered taking 28.5p and drawn a line under EUA if you’ve little faith, and think the longer this goes on the more chance it’ll fail.

I honestly hope you sell at 30p, and a second later we get and RNS stating an offer has been made 3-5 times that.

I said 54p, you can’t even get 2 numbers the right way round!
