Correct - there’s not really any trend on when EUA drop the RNS’s so could be anytime

My view is the ACF report was published to benchmark sale of Eurasia to buyers prior to the flanks being approved, in which valuations must have been appealing to buyers as there are still multiple interested parties and UBS & CITIC have since signed up on a success fee basis. Also some BoD members are only compensated if a deal is concluded so everything points to a sale happening and there going to be sizeable fees for those stake holders working on a success fee basis to make it all worth while.

From EUA’s BoD perspective everyone already knew where they stood with the FSP and so do UBS. There’s no chance UBS have been on board for 3 months and figures have only just started being put forward to EUA. I think ball park figures were known before UBS were appointed and its not their job to maximise the offers.

The buyers will want to know whether they’re in or out sooner rather than later as if they’re out what’s the point in dragging the FSP on any longer than necessary? Nobody benefits from that, especially the banks when they’re working on a success fee basis

I wish all genuine holders the best with this but especially those long term holders as we’ve been through some crap over the last 12 months but belief in the BoD is leading us to a very big pay day!

I’m interested to see the answers to the questions posted on the AGM page of the Eurasia website. More so after someone on here said yesterday they’d had an email from the company confirming some around the FSP would be answered, although anything market sensitive would have to be RNS’d, it might give a hint of timescale or number of buyers circling or something

I agree with Newtonheath, we’ve been through the worst being suspended and taking the new nomad up to the wire! The worst is behind us. Call me a gambler but after going through that I’ve only added and sold nothing, I’ll see this one out
