Possibly. Look where we were 12 months ago and look where we are now. The BOD’s got us here so just have to continue to hold faith to ‘maximise shareholder value’ as the RNS’s state

SP rise and short closing would make you think good news but not sure why wait so late. On the other hand the BoD know what they’re doing so must be a valid reason

I found EUA off the SXX board too. Being mining companies is the only thing they had in common, fundamentals, financials and BoD couldn’t more different!

I reckon interims. Like they did with taking the new nomad appointment up to the wire EUA must like holding information for as long as they can before publishing. Why....I’m not sure but let’s hope it’s a catalyst for a move north it’s been a drab few weeks

To be fair to him I’ve probably rang 3-4 times in total and he always answers the phone and I always find my the response to my query has given me confidence. So respect to Keith I hope he’s heavily invested as well, I’m sure he is!

I just rang Eurasia and was told by Keith ‘we’re aware of the deadline for the interim results and will update before the end of the day’.

The last RNS stayed there were still multiple interested parties after 12 months informal sale process and 3 months formal sale process, so I believe it must be being thrashed out behind the scenes and any potential buyer still involved doesn’t want to lose to the other hopefully driving the price north

Still a lot higher than the 7.2p we were suspended at for 5 months

I agree ok for now - we are where we are and even if the timing didn’t suit my agenda or yours there isn’t much we can do about it.

In the short term nobody really wins if a deal isn’t completed as there’s been a lot of time and expense thrown at this.

In the long term share holders may see more value but I don’t think that’s why the majority are invested here

If Lesego have their man in place surely they would want EUA and it’s assets for as little as possible, whereas the rest of the BoD would want the maximum? Or have I missed something?
