Eurasia the most viewed stock on HL as we stand. Vast majority or people are locked and loaded now I think whether it be for the AGM or news of sale hence the relatively low trading

Also if a deal wasn’t being negotiated NDA’s or no NDA’s there would be more marketing put out by the company, CITIC & UBS to attract interest and buyers to which we have seen very little.

Remember this didn’t all start by EUA putting themselves up for sale, they were approached. If their asking price was too high the FSP would never have started and UBS wouldn’t have been appointed

Im fully in here as well gazlad but with EUA and SXX (which I was also in for a while) it’s like comparing apples with car wheel trims, they’re both round but completely different. Eurasia are in now way short of being financed whatever happens

Banks approached EUA to see if they’d be willing to sell 11 months ago, not the other way round.

UBS We’re appointed to negotiate on EUA’s behalf 3 months ago on a success fee basis - I think a sale is inevitable of some sort

I can't imagine a potential multi billion pound deal hinders on Jubs short situation to be honest. This is of no relevance to the BoD, CITIC, UBS & buyer so I wouldn't think the sale happening or not in the near term balances on this.

PartyPooper - the 52 week high was 29p, doesn’t matter how long the sp was there for, I got a dummy sell for 28p, if you didn’t sell them then that’s your problem but don’t sit on here moaning because it’s now 20p. If you think it’s not going to surpass 28/29p again move on or remain and be patient. The BoD have released the information suitable up to now, they don’t have to hold PI’s hands every time they have a wobble

This is a breeze compared to the back end of 2019 and suspension. During suspension it was impossible for shareholders to access our funds whilst frozen at 7.2p for 5 months, with a-holes saying we’ll never get a new nomad in time and delist! Now we’re sat around 20p after a slight drop back from 29p just a couple of months later, free to sell if you need the cash, we didn’t have that luxury a few months ago.

If you don’t trust the BoD or believe in the FSP process or any other factors involved in this scenario then sell up and move on. Personally I’ve not been on this rollercoaster for the last 12 months or so to sell up just as our place on the runway has been allocated for take off!

Me too, added at 20.2p last week. Originally started buying at 2.7p last year

At 20p we’re still up 600% from the start of January, we’ve had a retrace from a 20 year high of 29p over the last few weeks. The last few weeks in the scheme of things is nothing. We’d all like to be blue every day but it’ll never happen. The big win is coming but these things don’t happen over night, EUA have been at this for 25 years

If the sale wasn’t happening UBS & CITIC Would have departed, the FSP would have been halted and all this would have to be RNS’d.

People need to chill out! What Dmitry said in the Proactive interview almost 12 months ago is happening right now.

Dmitry states in the interview that Eurasia will not be rushed in to a deal. He also said that the clause in the RNS’s along the lines of not sale of the company or assets can be guaranteed’ was more of a formality by the Nomad.

On a positive note being offered 20.10p to sell when SP is 19.50p on Google

I’d say it’s in the process of reaching its potential over the last 12 months hence the rise from 0.4p to circa 20p as we stand. Personally I don’t see it taking a couple of years, UNS have been on board for a couple of months now after the company was approached by VTB & CITIC 11 months ago, if some sort of sale wasn’t going to happen UBS would have walked by now as mentioned many time both them and CITIC as well as some of the BoD are

There isn’t really a trend EUA follow on releasing RNS previously so could be any time. I think most that want to be in for the sale already will be and are waiting for sale news

Good effort over the weekend posting FACTS backed up by EVIDENCE from RNS’s issued by EUA.

Exciting week for sure, especially if a major RNS lands this morning that gives any hint of progress on a sale or resource update that could put us closer to the ACF report valuations.
